Ingredients:
1 bowl of soaked sabudana (soak for 2 hours)
3 boiled potatoes (mashed)
2-3 green chilies (finely chopped)
Rock salt to taste (sendha namak)
1 tbsp singhara (water chestnut) flour
Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
Ghee (for frying and added richness)
Oil (for frying)
