I’m out of cigarettes?? Ohmygod. This throws my WHOLE schedule off. I’m supposed to take a smoke break tomorrow at 2pm but I won’t be able to and that will push everything forward. Unless I go to purchase them during the smoke break? No— it’s not even a smoke break anymore if I don’t have a cigarette!! I don’t even get that anymore. I could go get some now but— eurghhh! I already have Uno on my ass about ‘slacking off’— it it really slacking off if I need these? Besides, I get the work done! ( Piece of shit. )

I could wake up early and get them in the morning? NO! Then I won’t have time to do my daily skincare! I wasn’t supposed to buy more cigarettes until Saturday! Did I miss count? There’s no way I did!

Do you have any idea how to stay consistent and responsible? I'm always trying but in the end I give in to laziness (or probably depression but idk)

❝ First off, you should try to keep things manageable. Instead of aiming for some grand overhaul, just start with one small thing and try to stick with it. Like, say I want to get better at waking up early. I don’t jump straight into a 5 a.m. routine; I just set my alarm a little earlier than usual and get used to that before pushing it further. Breaking things down makes it feel less overwhelming, and even when I slip up, it’s easier to get back on track. If I want to be up by 5:00 a.m, I'll set an alarm for 4:45 a.m. ❞

❝ For you specifically, you can give yourself a little bit of a grace period. We all start somewhere. On those days, you should still try to do the minimum—just enough to keep some momentum going, like making your bed or organizing one small thing. Tiny wins, right? You should keep moving forward. ❞

whats your bedtime routine?

 ❝ Every night, I like to stick to a pretty strict routine—helps me stay organized and ensures I’m prepared for tommorow.❞ 

 ❝ First, I lay out my outfit for tomorrow. I’ll double-check it for any wrinkles or spots because, honestly, a polished look is half the battle in being presentable. After that, I set up my work bag, making sure I’ve got all the papers, tools, and notes I’ll need. There’s always a chance something might come up, so I make sure I have Plans A, B, and C ready to go in case of any surprises. I check my planner for the day’s schedule, set reminders, and jot down any last-minute thoughts. There’s a satisfaction in knowing I’m as ready as possible. ❞

 ❝ Once that’s all done, I dim the lights and put on some soft, relaxing music. It helps me shift from work mode to something a bit more peaceful. I take a few minutes to reflect on how the day went, maybe think about where I can improve or give myself a mental pat on the back for something I did well. Sometimes I even write it down—it’s good to keep track of these things. ❞

 ❝ Right before I start my skincare, I take a cold shower. I know it sounds intense, but there’s something about it that just wakes up my senses and clears my mind. Exfoliating: I exfoliate a few times a week to keep things smooth. Nothing harsh, though—I don’t want to mess up my skin.

Toner: After that, I use a toner to refresh my face and get it balanced.

Serum: I put on a serum with antioxidants, something that keeps my skin looking healthy.

Moisturizer: Moisturizer goes next, and I always make sure to massage it in—upward motions. Good for circulation.

Eye Cream: Just a little bit of eye cream under the eyes to help with puffiness or any dark circles.

Lip Balm: I finish off with lip balm. Dry lips aren’t exactly professional— nor do they look any good. Brands I use are a trade secret, haha. ❞

 ❝ When I’m done with all that, I set my alarm, arrange my pillow, and take one last look around to make sure everything’s just right. Then, I’ll read a few pages of something non-fiction—usually a book on organization or a self-improvement guide. It helps ease me into sleep and prepares a good mindset for the next day.
