It’s because her name used to be Hotaru before the main branch of Ran clan adopted her) 13. Kou Reishin (Red robe, looks cold and has a fan, What’s the things in his hand tho? Hair pin??? Also the plum really symbolize Reishin’s charcter so it must be him???) 14. Hyou Riou Jr. (He’s the astrologer of the palace after all.) 15. Kou Yuri? (Because purple robe means she’s from Shi Clan right? Reishin’s wife who’s related to Ryuuki’s dad? Auntie?? I’m also thinking of Barahime, Shuurei’s mom?) 16. Hyou Ruka? The release of new edition is still ongoing. It’ll be nice if Saiunkoku will have a remake anime and their character designs will be based from the new cover designs!
