ok but like have y’all read that hacker group’s “explanation” on why they launched a ddos attack on internet archive. bc they said with their whole chest that it’s because:

a) theyre pro-palestine and wanted to flex their big beefy hacker muscles on a website that provides international open access to information as a test before hacking quote, “a list of targets, including israeli entities”

b) the internet archive is secretly in cahoots with the us government and is spying on everybody! eek! scary!! (source cited: brewster khale was on a library of congress digitization initiatives committee. one that is no longer active)

c) these hackers just really REALLY love copyright law okay and they feel oh so bad for the massive corporations sueing the internet archive. “grrr we are activist hackers and we hate piracy grrr”

its the most self-report attempt at being like “i swear guys we aren’t the feds!!” i have EVER seen

well. what’s up everyone, its been a few months now. last time i posted it was to thank y’all for 250 followers, and now we’re almost at 700. so first things first, thank you everyone who has followed and reblogged and liked my stuff between then and now!

if i’m honest, i haven’t posted for several reasons: a.) grad school is all consuming, b.) i’ve been drawing non-jojo things lately (which i will end up posting here eventually), and c.) the holidays are kinda nuts so. but! i’m here now and i’m gonna try and post semi-regularly again, with both jojo content and other stuff! woohoo

as for that raffle i promised when i hit 500 followers, i’m still going to try and do it (and just kinda hope that people are interested) so keep an eye out for that soon. and more art will be coming, in fact i’m gonna post something older right after i hit post on this little update thing haha

the thing about guilty gears music is that the more it marinates in my brain juices the more top tier ALL of the songs become. i didn’t care for drift for a long time but over like the past week i have decided that its perhaps the song of all time actually. but next week a different guilty gear song will become the song of all time

played my first online axl mirror match tonight and it was hands down THE most fun match i’ve played. they were a level 1 axl but very clearly not new to the game but omg. i need to play more mirrors. it was so fun that i was lowkey rooting for them to win one on me (not enough to resist 3-0ing them)
