Made our lunch for yestrday, no meat. Wanted to make more food dishes (I got enough dirty dishes to clean) but realized I needed more time (or help-missing my son’s help) so made a pot of Nishime (couldn’t find my aburage in the crowded fridge) and a wok filled Glass noodles (Mum’s long rice) with veggies—Sweet chinese peas, fresh mushrooms, green/red bell peppers, white onions, and forgot my green onions from my garden containers. Vegan cuisine.
