I can't believe this boi is called "Surakoma" in Japan, that it took the localization to call him "Komasura".

Happy birthday, @komasura!!

I remembered your birthday in time for me to actually get something done without making you wait months for it, and, well, this was the result...! I hadn't drawn properly since last year, I think, so I was really rusty (and it doesn't look as good as the last one of these I did orz), but I ended up pulling off something acceptably nice, hard as it was. It's always awfully hard for me to draw for friends. I get so nervous, haha;;

It's been years since we first met and it was all thanks to Inazuma and Handa, so I thought there was no better gift for you than Handa being awesome--or trying, at least. ww He's still a very special character for me and I'm willing to believe he is for you too, so I hope I got it right...!

The original version is the first one, but I realised the games show an explosion thingy when Handa uses Rolling Kick, so... I thought I'd add it too, even if it doesn't look all too great.

I hope your day will be just as wonderful as you are. You deserve no less. In fact, you deserve much better than this, but it’s all I can do, haha--
