He chuckles softly as his Kitsune son curls up in his arms, likely in his small fox form since his fur would also help him stay a bit warmer than a mere blanket would. As the younger Yokai snuggled against him and mumbled out 'waaaarm' the Oni would merely shake his head. He understood the need to be warm as well as any other did, but HE didn't personally suffer from the cold. Or the heat for that mater.

"Ya know there're normal ways to request warmth, right, Kohaku?"

He'd pull a small blanket from off the back of the couch he was sitting on before tucking it around the small fox form his son had taken to sap some of his warmth before resuming reading whatever he was reading when he was abruptly cuddled.
