Console Fighting Games of 1999 - The King of Fighters '99 Millennium Battle

The sixth entry in the mainline King of Fighters series of SNK fighting games, The King of Fighters '99 Millennium Battle moves away from the standard 3 fighter teams of previous entries, increasing the teams to 4. Each team still has only 3 playable fighters with a 4th known as the striker, with players able to call upon this 4th fighter for assistance during fights. 

The King of Fighters '99 Millennium Battle was released in 1999 in Arcades and on the Neo Geo and Neo Geo CD, another port of the game was released in 2000 with a PlayStation release of the game

I played KOF first when I was an elementary school kid. It was KOF99, and I lived in the Italian countriside with my family.

Why is this relevant? Well, my older sister was born naturally blonde with blue eyes and not only she was infinitely popular, it also seemed that all media at the time had to always have a blonde-blue eyed girl at the center stage as an image of beauty. I've always been a weird brown eyed, brown haired nerd, and I usually had at best secondary casting to look up to as a model.

But here comes the KOF with a colorful cast, and the beauty of the show this time had my colors, not my sister's. Maybe the character that looked more like me could be the beautiful one for once! Anyway, I know it's silly, but that's why I like Mai Shiranui.

Se sabe que Athena esta realmente enamorada por Kyo pero por respeto a Yuki novia actual de Kyo suprime esos sentimientos, se puede decir que hay una canción la cual se da entender que va dedicada a nuestro buen Kyo Kusanagi

No but for real though He didn't get to graduate due to the events in the NESTS saga- And his official profiles from SNK across the years say the thing he hates the most is effort/hard work. No way this man has studied a single minute of his life BUT WAIT NOW THAT I THINK ABOUT IT He was still wearing high school uniform in his 20s (according to canon, he was 20 in '95, japanese students are normally 18 when they finish high school). If he still hadn't graduated by kof99, it means that he wasn't wearing the uniform just for aesthetic reasons. It begs the question: how many years did he repeat
