ACTOR AU

[honestly when is it the best time for a Kori Post if not 20 minutes after everyone's already done with a trend <3]

So!! bullet points!!!

- a couple things were changed between the manga and the show in relation to Aito <3 there was a bit of backlash but most people actually liked it!

- he originally started with just tv commercials, but got his big break as a side character in a popular family sitcom.

- Ramos came out as genderfluid in the taping of her last show, (as Ramos puts it: “there was just one episode where my character wore a skirt as a joke and… you know I realized that- that I actually really liked the skirt and the makeup and- and you know- gender is a lot more than just presentation but… that was just kinda my first baby step into the whole “gender” thing”) and there was alot of heat.

- he said that if he was gonna play Aito, She would have to be canonically genderfluid

- (the show runners weren’t going to cave but the rest of the cast kept calling him by his preferred pronouns, and just decided that giving him what he wants is easier than recasting)

- Aito's mother is played by Ramos' actual mother! it's why their chemistry is so strong!

- despite being a bit of an airhead, Ramos is a HUGE advocate for scientific/political literacy

- Ramos actually doesn’t need to spend too much time in the makeup chair, but will literally sit there and put on mascara (that he doesn’t need) for an hour just so he can talk to the “5 hour makeup kids“

- Ramos is a vicious gossip. she’s just such an easy person to talk to! Wouldn’t you like to spill your deepest secrets to Shishio Ramos? And if she accidentally forgets to keep those secrets secret? Well! Accidents happen!

- speaking of accidents- if a cool prop or set piece goes missing, you should probably talk to Ramos 💀 it’s all an accident!!! He just forgets things are in his hand and now he’s!! walking away with the key to jetsam’s smoke machine!!!!!

- I can’t decide if Ramos and Ikuto’s actor are bestys or mortal enemies and now I’m thinking it’s <3 both

- most of aito’s friendships on the show work as well as they do bc Ramos is just such a sweetheart <3

-but like over half the bloopers exist bc Ramos is a goofball who’ll forget his lines and just react like he think Aito would (always ends terribly)

-the rest of the bloopers are bc this boy Cannot Sit Still For Even A Second Or He Will Die. he’ll just think he’s out of frame and start dancing, either distracting his coworkers or messing up the shot

- surprisingly has the mouth of a sailor- but only around the cast members he’s actually friends with

-hopes that knha never ends, but when it does, he wants to become a horror actor!
