i think virgil deserves to be distracted by a laser pointer that the sides all pass around like its nothing.

logan will use it when virgils getting too anxious, immediately catching his attention and forcing him to focus on the flickering light that is constantly evading his capture

roman uses it to make a fool of him. its not his fault virgil looks so cute jumping from one part of the floor to the other just because of a light! plus, he looks so cute when hes about to pounce! his ass wiggling and his chest against the ground as he prepares to leap!

remus uses it to piss off the others, purposefully shining the light on the others legs/groins/face just for virgil to attack them without meaning to. theyre never mad at virgil, and will in fact play with and kiss attack him, but remus isnt often allowed the pointer because of this

janus would also use it to make a fool of virgil but to a much smoother extent. virgil getting pissy and bratty and janus is like "uh-huh. why am i listening to you again?" and easily deterring virgil with the laser, just to mock him once its turned off again for being a slave to his silly kitty instincts

and patton would really just play with him, and would definitely shine the light at virgils palm whenever he leaps on it to make him think he caught it just so he can praise virgil for being so agile and quick and have an excuse to pet him lovingly

and of course using it during sex. theyll play with him a bit, tire him out, and have him chase the red dot to the bed, where theyll follow him, kiss and pet him aggressively, and then actually play with him, with virgil being a moaning, purring mess beneath them, occasionally swiping at their hair or face because hes just a silly, stupid kitten who cant repress his instincts to play even when hes being pounded
