Kisaragi Tsuina (aka Tsuina-chan) is a japanese synth originating from 2ch. "Tsuina-chan originates from a popular "meme" character in the online Japanese anime community - Hinomoto Oniko. Oniko was created by denizens of 2chan in order to combat a particular Chinese ethnic slur against Japanese people by using that term and making it into a "cute anime girl." By doing so, they would "embrace" said term and make it useless as an insult" (from vocal synth wikia). tsuina is voiced by Kadowaki Mai, and illustrated by Oohenri Saki. tsuinas character birthday is feb 3. she was first released on 1 nov 2019 for voiceroid2, then pitagoe on 29 sep 2021, and then synthv studio on 26 nov 2021.

 she was first released for voiceroid 2 on November 1 2019 but her character birthday is today. she is also available for synthv studio. she is apparently commonly referred to as enno instead of kisaragi. she is albino
