#tos's persistent sexism almost makes a joke of its basic premise#sometimes it's sort of cute (if you remember the show was made in the 60s) but this episode was straight up offensive#especially as a finale#''we leave you with this final message: everyone is equal except for women''#okay fam 🤷‍♀️

i KNOW people were talking about this at the time like what are you doing. me in 1969 with a dx of hysterical neurosis watching this episode live i would not have made it

i forgot "where no man....or no ONE....has gone before" was at the end of undoscovered country not the end of tos and for a solid 5 mins was losing my mind over tyhe concept of them ending turnabout intruder like that. could u imagine
