Ugh, now that I'm well rested and my brain is clearing up, I can see how much a mess my Spooktober submission is. It's just awful, super awful. The images are awful as I kept drawing low quality stuffs, and after that they aren't properly animated and the placing is kinda jumbled up (I still don't understand how to use Action Editor, it always feck up my images' position after I copy-paste-d the placing into my script).

My biggest pet peeve is the story pacing is too rushed. Usually I'm very particular about pacing; that's always my top priority during writing. And then the music volume is too low. Apparently I mistyped the config for default volume, so it's on 25% on default (╯︵╰,).

This is because I insisted to put the battle part and tried to make it work, I completely abandoned the story, the thing that's most important for this game. It never intended to be an RPG game, this is always a visual novel in my mind. And at first it's just, "oh, it would be cool if I have a battle system for this," but I got too stubborn and it became, "this definitely needs a battle system or it wouldn't work."

I feel sorry for anyone who had played it or is playing it right now, it must be very unbearable to play that mess. The urge to just delete and forget about it is so high right now, but you know, even though it's a mess, it's still what I worked hard for the past month, I just can't simply delete it. It's not something I'm proud of for sure (even a mistake like "Thirty-One" is better than this wwwww) but in the end, it's still what I created and that fact alone is a good enough reason for keeping this game.

I will try to update it to what my initial vision is, but not right now, my hand is tired and aching just from doing so much during crunch time haha

I learned a lot about my own management again and again through this jam, how messy and unreliable I am (I'm glad I did this alone, I couldn't ever imagine about dragging someone else into this), and I realized it's the best for me to do it all alone for now. For now, though, I still plan to work with other people one day www

Not only that I learned more about how to make a freaking complete battle system and managing the script straight (that's very interesting but definitely very complicated) I learned about what I can and can't do in Ren'Py. And never thought about too many call stacks can traps you in indefinite loops wwww I may or may not make another mini game for my other project. "Angel In My House" has one battle-like system, but it's simpler and bare minimum, almost like how I did in "RUN!" The inventory and skills system are the things I will learn more about, they're quite versatile to be used in many type of mini games.

Still, I can't use Action Editor right. One of my stubborn mistake is I must use that to make this game when I was completely clueless to properly use it. It's definitely very useful if I can do it right, but for now, my CG isn't placed in where it should wwww I think I'll use my usual method of inaccurately guessing image position manually while learning about the Action Editor somewhere wwww

You can't wake up this is not a dream

Summary: The Winchester siblings have always relied on each others for years. But has the years passed they made a small family. Years and years of fighting monster have brought them to the town of Derry. With fight a creature that is not of this world have to the Winchester finally met their match?

"So has anything else strange happened besides children going missing?" I asked. "Well something strange happened like 20 miles away a few months ago." Stan said. "How strange?" I asked. "Are you sure you wanna know it's super strange." Eddie said. "Trust me I've probably stranger." I said. "You probably never heard of the Creed family have you?" Stan asked. I shook my head. "Well moved to Ludlow during last summer. The road they lived on was rather dangerous. Semi trucks would have go though at all hours. Everything seem ok up until Thanksgiving." Stan said. "Well what happened at Thanksgiving?" I asked. "Well Mrs. Creed and the two kids were away apparently visiting her parents in Boston while Mr. Creed was at home when their neighbor called. The daughters cat was hit and killed by a semi." Eddie said. "Poor thing. But I have a feeling that this is about to go south fast." I said. "Mr. Creed and their neighbor went to bury the cat but the cat came back to life." Stan said. "Well maybe it wasn't really dead." I said. Both Stan and Eddie shook their head. "No the cat was dead. He didn't come back the same it was meanie. Apparently they buried in some curse Indian burial grounds." Stan said. "How cursed?" I asked. "Apparently the Indians cursed some sorta of creature to forever roam the grounds." Eddie said. "The story if the creed family gets worse." Stan said. "How worse?" I asked. "Well they were celebrating their daughter's ninth birthday when a game of hide and seek went horribly wrong. Semi truck crash and the load it was carrying became unhinged. It hit the girl killing her." Stan said. My hand covered my mouth in shock as tears formed in my eyes. "Oh my god." I said wiping a tear that fell. "Mrs. Creed took the son to her parents while Mr. Creed took care of things at home. He went to cemetery and unburied his daughter." Stan said. "He buried her in the burial ground didn't he?" I asked. "Yes." Stan said as the bell rang. "Who do you have next?" Eddie asked. I took the piece of paper out of my bag. "Um Mr. Andrews." I said. "I have him with bill. I'll show you." Stan said. "Thanks. You don't mind finish telling me about the creeds do you?" I said. "No problem." Stan said. I smiled. The three of us left the class and I followed stan to our next class. "How often do you get to be around kids your age?" Stan asked. "What do you mean." I said. "Well it kind seems like to me that you don't hang around kids your age very often." Stan said. "You're an observant person stan. Yeah you're right I don't get to spend alot of time with kids my age." I said. "Why? If you don't mind if I ask." Stan said. "No it's ok. It's just my brothers line of work doesn't really give much if a social life outside of it. I do mostly all of my schooling online." I said. Stan gave me a sad look as we walked in the classroom. Stan walked over to a kid that was already sitting in the back of the classroom. "H-hhh-hee hey st-sst- stan who's ttt-thhii- this?" The boy asked. "You must be bill. I'm y/n Wichester. I'm the girl who hit Patrick Hockstetter." I said. "Yyy- you ddii- did?" Bill asked. "Yes I did. He grabbed my ass so I punched him." I said as noticed Patrick walk into the classroom room. "Y/n." Stan said nudging me. "It's ok stan I'm not afraid of him and you guys shouldn't be either. Do you mind finish telling me about the Creed family?" I asked. "W-wwww- why AAA-aarr- are you teee- telling about them?" Bill asked. "I asked him and Eddie if anything else strange had happened." I said. "Well he did bury her in the burial grounds. She came back. But like the cat she didn't come back the same. Mrs. Creed came back with the son and saw what Mr. Creed did and tried to leave but the daughter killed her. Then she killed Mr. Creed. Apparently the daughter buried them in the burial grounds too." Stan said. "What happened to the little boy?" I asked. "No one knows." Stan said. "Eddie mentioned a creature roams the burial grounds. What creature?" I asked. "A wendigo." Stan said. I felt the breath leave my body. "Are you sure? You sure it's a wendigo." I said. Both Bill and Stan nodded. "Why do you seem unfazed?" Stan asked. "I mean wendigos don't exist right." I said pulling out my phone sending a text to dean saying I need the keys to the impala I can get my laptop. Of course he sent a text back asking why. I sent one back saying I'll explain later. "Y/n?" Stan said. I broke out of my train of thought. "Sorry what?" I asked. "You seem deep in thought." Stan said. "Sorry my oldest brother wanted to know how I was doing." I said. "It was kinda weird timing with the whole wendigo thing." Stan said. "Yeah weird timing." I said laughing alittle. I would need to send a text or try to call Crowley. “I’ll be right back.” I said to Bill and Stan walking up to the teacher. “May I use the restroom?” I asked Mr. Andrews who gave me a nod. I left the room and rushed to the nearest girls room to call Crowley. 

Once I entered the restroom I pulled my phone out of my back pocket and called Crowley. “Yes my favorite chipmunk?” Crowley said. “Hey I was wondering if you could release one of my hounds in about an hour or so?” I asked. “Why?” Crowley asked. “Well Sam, Dean and I are working a case here in Manie and of course they sent me to the local high school to get more info on the case. This kid grabbed my ass so I punched him giving him a bloody nose. I going to get my laptop from the impala during lunch and I don’t want him or his friends to get me.” I said. “Consider it done.” Crowley said. “Thanks uncle Crowley. I’ll send you a text right before.” I said. “Think nothing of it my favorite chipmunk. You going to need all the protection dealing with those idiot brothers of yours.” Crowley said. “Love you two.” I said. “If those boys give you more trouble give me a call. Love you more chipmunk.” Crowley said. I hung up on Crowley and left the restroom as I bumped into Dean. “How come your not in class?” Dean asked. “Relax I just call Crowley asking him to release one of my hounds at lunch when I go get my laptop from the impala.” I said. “Why do you need one of them?” Dean asked. “Incase that creep or his friends try to do anything else.” I said. “Guess I should give you the keys now. What did you find out about the case?” Dean said as he handed me the keys. “It’s about a possible wendigo case in Ludlow.” I said as I took the keys. “A wendigo.” Dean said. “From the story I was told it doesn’t sound like a normal wendigo case to me.” I said. “Well fill me and Sammy in later if it is a wenigo lets call Cas and maybe Crowley to help us out. Now get back to class.” Dean said. I nodded putting the keys in my pocket and walked back to class. I just needed to get through one more class before lunch. Which was Social Studies. Thankfully Stan showed me where it was. I sat alone in the back till a girl with long ginger hair sat down besides me. “Are you the girl who punched Patrick Hockstetter?” She asked as she sat down in the desk next to mine. “I am.” I said. “Most people don’t think you exist.” She said. I let out a laugh. “Of course they don’t. Y/n Winchester.” I said as I held out my hand. “Beverley Marsh but you can call me Bev if you want.” Bev said shaking my hand. “Ok then Bev it is then.” I said. “So why are you in school for three days?” Bev asked. “My Brothers are idiots.” I said. Which made Bev laugh. We spent the rest of the hour talking then finally the bell rang for lunch. “You hungry?” Bev asked. “Not really my uncle wanted me to call him during lunch.” I said lying. Bev nodded. “I’ll see you in a bit.” I said pulling out my phone and sent Crowley a text as I made my way outside to the impala. 

When I walked outside I say that Amelia was right outside the door disguised as a Doberman. “Hey girl. You ready to protect mama.” I said as I kneeled down to pet her. She licked my face. “Come on girl.” I said getting back up and started to walked to the impala that was parked a crossed the street. I pulled the keys out of my pocket and unlocked the diver side door and then unlocked the doors. I opened the backdoor on the driver side. Before I grabbed my laptop I looked around to make sure none of the bowers gang decide to surprise attack me. Amelia was sitting in front of me watching guard. I grabbed my laptop from under the backseat and I grabbed a piece of beefy jerky giving it to Amelia. “Good girl.” I said as I scratched her ears. “Excuse me young lady what you doing?” A voice said causing me to jump. I looked and saw a cop. Amelia started to bark. “Amelia hush.” I said. “What are you doing outside of the school dear?” the cop asked as he stepped closer to me. “I was just getting my laptop out of my brothers car.” I said as I stepped back not feeling comfortable. I looked at his name tag and saw the name bowers. I’m guessing this was Henry’s dad. But as I stepped away from him he stepped closer to me causing Amelia to growl. “I’m sorry sir I have to get back to my brother.” I said. He grabbed a piece of my hair and moved it exposing my tattoo. “That’s an interesting tattoo.” Officer Bowers said. “Thank you sir. Now I really have to go. Come Amelia.” I said grabbing Amelia's collar walking away from officer bowers. But he grabbed my arm. “How old are you?” Office Bowers asked. “Let me go?” I said as Amelia transform into her hellhound form making officer bowers let me go and I ran back into the school breathing heavily.

Star Wars Episode 9:Restored Hope: Part 1(Chpt.3)( Fan Fic to finish right)

Act 2-B (previous parts below)

Kylo Ren and Fallon Doroceses are in Kylo’s throne room. Fallon is Kneeling before Kylo. Kylo is examining and holding Darth Vader's lightsaber gazing in awe. Kylo says to Fallon “Please stand, tell me where you got this, bringing it here brings great value to me.” Fallon rises to his feet and says “ Thank you Supreme Leader. I was the only force user among my people, Snoke felt my connection to the force.

 He said he would teach me the ways and gain complete understanding. As a boy, he sent me to Lor San Tekka to gain his trust and Knowledge of the force.

Lor also looked for ancient relics.” Kylo quickly notes “ That he did, continue.” Fallon proceeds “ So when I traveled with him and the others we encountered dark side worshipers that had the lightsaber. 

Snoke told me to get it. For their beliefs, they were going to kill us. I killed them First with the force. Lor band me from the church. He said if it was the will of the force to die we should accept it. I told him me being there was the will of the force. I took the lightsaber and returned to Snoke. Many years later he sensed you. He told me to complete my training in the unknown regions. He told me to take it and If I did not return it intact I failed.” Kylo says “He’s the only that failed.”

They walk down a corridor to a room that had relics and souvenirs that the First Order and Kylo have obtained. Kylo walks over to the display holder and gently places the lightsaber in it. Placed right next to Vader's helmet and mask.

Kylo Ren says to Fallon “A few years ago I told someone to let the past die. I believe in that. But I believe Vader....my grandfather had it right. Fear and control brings peace to the galaxy. It’s the ones with the ideals of freedom and democracy believing it’s the natural way, it only breeds chaos. That is the old beliefs that needs to die.” Fallon says “To preserve whatever life and belief you're trying to hold close to you we need to fight what’s coming.” Kylo ask “What’s coming?”

Fallon answers, “ The monsters that came from the blackness beyond our galaxy. They were the ones that scarred Snoke and developed his strength in the force. I was just a boy when I came to be under Snoke. One time during my training, developing my ways in the force, The First Order was still in its infancy after its fall from the empire. I asked our master how did he become deformed. He told me eons ago he was on his own path of true knowledge of the force. He came from a vast powerful empire in the unknown regions. They knew of the inner rim but content with their peace and ways. 

He was the only force user throughout the empire. He did not want the teachings of Sith or Jedi and he knew of them both. He left the kingdom and traveled the galaxy. He said he had an awakening. The force lead him to the ends of the galaxy believing he would receive all the knowledge he would need. He encountered something aberrant.  

Snoke made contact with a new a race. He came with the intentions of peace. They came with the intentions of death.

He told me they captured him and tortured him, in the name of their gods.  They saw his power of the force and his use of technology to be unnatural. He was first in their sacrifice in that region. Their conquest for slaughter and mayhem began. 

Their onslaught ravaged his empire. His ways in the force did not affect them but his powers grew. Sometime later his people did rescue him. But he his appearance was his lesser-self but his power in the force grew to be unmatched. 

They decimated all he knew. He knew his power wasn’t enough. He felt Vader’s. He thought with Vader being more machine than man his connection to the force through his rage was raw power. Vader and the empire fell and he knew his thoughts would not match with Luke’s. But he knew you could be modeled into the weapon and power he needed. Being a descendant of Vader.  I was rare for the region but I wasn’t unique. He needed you.” Kylo looks at Fallon with an inquisitive look. Fallon continues “ I have encountered those monsters. I have been fighting them over the years with an unlikely alliance. They’re coming. You must put this current war aside and prepare to fight this greater threat. I have the knowledge and the tactics.

You have the army and if we prepare now we have a chance to combat them. There is an ancient artifact that has all the knowledge of the force. Once we obtain that, all our goals are attainable” Kylo says “ I have to finish what I started first. I have goals to complete to make the galaxy complete.” Fallon says “ Your trading one chaos for another.” Kylo  replies “ That may be so, they will all know my rule sooner or later.” A voice from the intercom contacts Kylo “ Supreme Leader you are receiving a transmission from one of your followers.” Kylo replies “ Send it through.” The hologram appears and it is one of the Knights of Ren.

The Knight says “ Master after all this time searching the galaxy we found them. in the  Devaron system at an ancient Jedi temple. What is thy bidding master? Kylo answers “ Wait for re-enforcements and my arrival nothing before then. I shall arrive momentarily.”

Rose and Poe arrive at Maz Kanata’s castle. Rose looks at the surroundings in amazement. Poe looks around him impressed. He says  “ Maz never ceases to amaze me.” Rose says “Maz sent us on a Faither chase we didn't get that code breaker only trouble, you sure we can trust her?” Poe answers “ Well Rose she is a lot of things, but I can say this, she is a citizen of the galaxy, well versed in so much. Finn told me that chase wouldn’t have happened if you didn't get sidetracked by the Faithers.” Rose scrunches her face and they enter in the cantina seeing it bustling with all kinds of life.

Maz walks up and greets Poe and Rose.

Maz says “Hello Poe my old friend. You didn’t bring that war here with you this time?” Poe answers “No Maz only an inquisitive mind, and my friend Rose.” Maz gets close to Rose and tries to examine Rose and gets in her personal space and Rose looks at her in confusion. Maz says to Poe “ She’s too good for you.” “ Maz it’s not like that” Poe replies. Maz then says to her “ How could you take that smell? I never understood how his mother took his father’s smell.” Poe then says “ Hey now Maz it’s not about me, I make sure my hair is great and I Smell fantastic.” Maz then says to him “ You have your regular human nose. I have my force sensitive nose and the force knows all.” Maz winks at Rose and rose smirks at her. Maz says “ For the legendary Captain Poe Dameron of the resistance to visit me It must be important.” Poe looks around skeptically and Bends over to whisper to Maz “Can we talk in a place that is more private?”

They walk over and enter her office. They all sit down. Maz says “ I am willing to help you, Poe, your family and I go way back. But with that being said anything along with this war I cannot be apart of. I have lost too much I am too old to lose any more.” Poe then says “ No Maz that’s why we came on our own. We know you just got this place back up. But we need information and location. Our friend Finn was taken by the First Order we are trying to get him back.” She rubs her Chin contemplating how to answer. She says “ I don’t know much but I know someone who can help.” She presses the button on the intercom and says “ My magnificent mountain of an ewok, can you bring in the asset?” Rose and Poe look at each other with a questionable expression. 

Chewbacca walks in the room with a man with a cloth bag over his head. Poe shouts “CHEWIE!?” Then Chewbacca gives out a growl that is muttering with joy. Chewbacca pushes the man on the floor forcefully on the floor.

 Poe says to Chewbacca “It’s been far to long old man, we’re missing you out on that battlefield. This where you went off to?” Chewbacca replies in varies moans and growls of what he has been doing. Poe replies “Oh I see, you’re right, we don’t stay young forever, but your legend still echoes across the star ways. Poe leans  into Chewbacca and whispers “ So like you and Maz a thing now?” Maz then says “ He’s my sugar bear.” Chewbacca moves his hand in sorta hand gesture. Poe then says “Oh um, Right on. You guys are kinda old.” Maz then says “ Time is reletive boy, we relatively enjoy our time with one another, isn’t that right my chub wub?” Chewbacca gives a long growl in annoyance.  Maz says “ Yes, Yes let’s proceed. Rose and Poe looking at the bagged man with curiosity. Chewbacca removes the bag from over his head it is revealed to be DJ.

DJ takes a moment to allow his vision to readjust he says  “Wwww Well hello there.” Rose immediately gets angry she shouts “You!” and rushes over to him and punches him in the face and he falls to the ground. Poe grabs her from trying to assault him again. Poe is telling rose to calm down in her ear. Roes calms down and Poe asks “Rose who is this man?”

 She answers “This was the man that betrayed me and Finn to the first order after Canto Bight.” Chewbacca forcefully lifts up DJ from the ground and stands him up.

 Poe walks up to DJ and looks at him face to face and says “You're the reason we lost so many that day. I think Chewie should snap your neck.” Dj replies “No one in this room is blameless.” Poes squints his eyes at him. Poe asks “Maz what is this?” Maz answers “ He’s the someone that can help.” Rose says “No way he’ll jeopardize and damage everything.” Poe then says “Maz I intend to agree.” Maz then says “ He knows more about the First Order more than anybody I know and because of me he is obligated to help you.” Poe asks DJ “ What are you doing here what is she talking about?” Dj answers “I owe Maz a life debt, I rubbed everyone in the galaxy the wrong way. So I came to her for sanctuary. I tried to steal some supplies before going my way, but I got caught and my life debt got enacted and I’m here in fffront of you now. So whatever her bidding is I must do it.” 

Maz then says “ I am the only reason from outlaws, the resistance, and the First order from Killing this man. His bounty would make me the richest being in the galaxy. But I felt the force having a different use for him. Now here we are.” Rose says “ Our friend Finn the one who was with me when you betrayed us, he got captured we want to retrieve him tell us what you know.” DJ says “The is a massive First Order military outpost on the border of the outer rim and the unknown regions. That is where they train their troops, build their fleets and weapons and take their captives. They only have two options for their captives labor or death. I know your friend is pretty high on the ladder so death is definitely on the table. That's where he is.” Maz says to Dj “ Thank you for your cooperation but you’re taking them there.” Dj gets upset and says “Bbbbut Maz I came here to serve drinks and bust tables not venture out!”

Maz says to him “ No you came to serve me.” Maz turns to Poe and rose and says “ I will have him take you to help you get your friend to make up for the all the damage he has done. I’ll have Chewie go with you as well to make sure he lives up to his deal. I’ll also give you a ship, I owe your parents that much.” Poe and Rose say thank you and hugs Maz. 

Maz, Chewie, Poe, Rose, and Dj are at a ship hanger in front of the ship. Poe rose and Dj enters the starship. Chewie and standing next to Maz, she says come here.” He bends over and is face to face with her she rubs his face and says “Come back to me my Fuzzy Dumpling.” He nods in agreement. He lifts her up and they hug.

Randomly saw some clips of the American adaptation of Good Doctor.

Well... some time ago I once told myself that I might try to give it a chance. But now? Not quite sure about that. Not quite fond of the Americanised version of Joo Won's character. Like initially I find him cute, but then I heard him talk. Like Sion's way of talking was childish... it never exactly spoken in a sing-along and that was fine. Sion’s speech was overly polite as well, when it comes to it. Yet the American version had Shaun spoke in this certain melodic tune which was to me, a bit distracting. Heh. But then I might just be biased or protective of Sion wwww

Can't really say about the other characters now, like I can't even want to make a comparison between the Korean and American counterparts when I can't even accept the main character. Kinda wished they did an adaptation of Beautiful Mind instead; like American shows tend to lean towards the nitty grity serious mood shows and a part of me had wondered what possible plot twist that we could have got if the original drama had not had to shorten its run and end up with that rushed ending. /shrugs
