im taking latin 2 this semester im so excited. me and my latin teacher (76 year old welsh guy who speaks 7 languages and is the most fascinating conversation partner ive ever met) are LOCKED IN!!! i used to hang out with him during my lunch when i had latin 1 bc none of my friends were there and just yap i cant wait to see him tbh

i posted about this on my insta story but i literally had such a good fucking day today u dont even understand. like i am overflowing with joy yk. i understand the simple pleasures of life i am opening the curtains i am letting the light in. i went to the thrift store with my siblings, got iced coffee at dunkin, went to a comic store and got 2 (TWO!!!!) issues of shade the changing girl at a massive discount, came home to a doordash order at the wrong house from like 2 hours ago which they just said i can keep so i have a bunch of FREE mcdonalds nuggets and now im home alone drawing and listening to the smashing pumpkins. giving all of you a big loud wet sloppy kiss on the mouth in order to share even a fraction of the simple yet overwhelming joy im feeling
