Drabble : Black widow
Sorry guys for the lack of activites. We both have really busy life for now but there is a little drabble I made when I was talking with @lazy-safetastic-13 and @iason29-kingdomtale. I hope you'll enjoy it as much as them !
It was the 5th time that Red was in that cemetery, standing in front of a grave. He was crying, is whole body shaking. In the open hole, the dust of his 5th husband will rest in peace, on the coffin with all his favorites things. A blue hoodie. Some ketchup bottles. A box of hot dog. And their marriage photo.
The rain was menacing the whole assembly, but no one seem to care. All the eyes was on the little skeleton.
He knew that everyone called him a black widow. A husband killer. But he didn’t murder them. He didn’t wanted them to die. Hell, he loved Sans so much that they were about to do a soul bond to have child.
But no one cared about that. Even the police. For the world, he was guilty.
Well, maybe not for the whole world.
- RED ? WE SHOULD GO NOW… MY BROTHER WOULDN’T HAVE WANTED YOU TO GO AGAIN IN DEPRESSION… LET’S GO HOME.
The widow sighed softly before turning to face Papyrus, a sad smile on his face.
- I-I’m sorry Pap… I-I’m… so sorry… I’m… I’m cursed… I-I cursed a-and now S-Sans is d-dead b-because of me… - NO SENSE ! YOU’RE NOT CURSED. MY BROTHER DIE PEACEFULLY DURING HIS SLEEP, YOU’RE NOT RESPONSIBLE OF THAT TRAGEDY. JUST AS YOU’RE NOT RESPONSIBLE OF ANY OF YOUR HUSBANDS DEATH. - T-Thank you…
Red smiled weakly, before taking Papyrus arm to go home with him…
He was so lucky to have him…
(Bonus ending under the cut)
And he was so lucky to ignore that the only curse on him was Papyrus himself. But no body have to know that he was the one who killed all Red’s husband… Red was his… and his only…

San Augustin
Second and final night in San Augustin before I head south to Mocoa on the final leg of my long journey as I head to the Ecuadorian border. There is more to see and do in this little town like waterfalls and all that but nothing truelly interesting that demands my attention. Even though I have more freedom than ever with my motorbike I am more choosey than ever with my activites. By now I know what I want to do and see, stuff like waterfalls are a dime a dozen out here
I visited the Archeological Park that is the star attraction in San Augustin. People from all over Colombia visit here to see the countless stone carvings that have been discovered all throughout the area over the past hundred years by archeologists. The carvings are mostly animals such as snakes, monkeys, fish, anthropomorphic monsters, and birds. The park here was much busier than the one in Inza with the underground tombs yet I found the later much more interesting. The oldest stone carvings are said to be from around 3000 b.c. and archeologists have no concrete idea who the advanced people or culture were who had the technical prowess to produce such beautiful masonry as so many different peoples inhabited this area over the last 5000 years.
This is why South American Ancient culture, pre-Spanish Conquest is starting to really interest me. Ancient Egypt has been covered to hell even though not all secrets are uncovered yet - same with Greece and Rome its just kind of tiring by now. The ancient culture here is shrouded by so much mystery. Theres still so much people dont know. The Indigenous were obviously advanced and skilled to have the time to build these underground tombs and carve hundreds of stone animals into rocks. I dont think the same people who carved the stones were the same to be wiped out by the Spanish. I believe (and obviously my opinion isnt well researched) but I think the advanced people were wiped out or died off long before the Spanish and the cultures that came afterword lost those skills. As I read in the museum today thats why its so difficult determining who the peole were because from carbon dating all the stones are from a similar era and then bang they just stopped making them. Maybe a warrior tribe who were stronger but less skilled emigrated and wiped out the technically advanced tribe as the museum said so many cultures inhabited the area over the last 5000 years. Thats just what makes most sense to me.
San Augustin had a small festival or perhaps just a normal Saturday night with a live band playing in the Centro who were very good and had a killer flutest similar to the flute I have back home. They were very good and I met some Colombians and Germans there and had drinks afterwords. Not quite what I was expecting from the night as I had my toothbrush in my pocket the entire night as I was expecting to check out the music and immediatley brush my teeth as my room here does not have a joined bathroom.
