GAP The Series Episode 5 Thoughts

Whew! Thought for a second there that they were going to deprive us of jealous Sam. Kinda like the way they deprived us of the kiss at the end of episode 3, and then started episode 4 without picking up from where they left off in the pool. But it looks like we are starting this episode with a face full of jealous Sam and I am HERE FOR IT!!!

2. Tee's little head tilt is like "oooooh. She angry, Angry". Yes Tee. Y'all's little stunt worked too well and now she's pissed. But because I know sapphic jealousy usually leads to sapphic confessions and hopefully some kissing, I'll say please take the jealous rants like a champ, and thank you for doing us all a solid!

3. Sam's like "Prawns are for my beloved. You touch them. You lose your hand." And as someone who loves prawns and hates having to share them... Thank you Sam. You make me feel seen. Now pass me some prawns. I'm hungry!!!

4. Also, I'm sure I read somewhere that shellfish are an aphrodisiac, in which case... Sam. I see what you did there!

I get what they're trying to do with the negatives actually imply a positive because of the way Sam grew up and how she's been forced into things she doesn't like, by her grandmother (for example. Kirk is a good example of this. Although she likes him as a friend, she doesn't like him romantically; not like her grandmother would even care). But still, at some point, I wil need Sam to ACTUALLY SAY THE WORDS!! No double negatives. No indirectly telling her. I need her to actually say "I like you". Not for Mon to decipher it in the things she isn't saying.

20. The way I LOVE how this show is just employing the use of all the tropes!!!! Now we have the messy eater trope, and I AM SCREAMING!!!! I swear, if they don't kiss this very instant!!! Your fingers are already on her lips Sam. KISS HER RIGHT NOW GODDAMNIT!!!

Pra Tha Kradan was firstly discovered at Wat Tha Kradan, Kanchanaburi Province in BE 2460 (CE 1917) and it is called Pra Tha Kradan ever since. Pra Tha Kradan was later discovered at Wat Tha Kradan Nua, Wat Tha Kradan Tai, Wat Tha Kradan Klang, Wat Taywasangglaram, Gru Khao Chonkai, Gru Lan-tom, and Gru Wat Nong Bua in Kanchanaburi Province. The ancient Pra Tha Kradan was dated as The U Thong Style is one of the definitive styles for Buddha icons which developed in Thailand (Siam) in the southern capital of Ayutthaya. There are three distinct periods for the style, (12th to the 15th century CE). The ancient Pra Tha Kradan is rare and valuable. It was made from raw and unheated lead pebble, then hammered the pebble in an iron mold to shape the Buddha, this would leave hammer marks in the back of Pra Tha Gradan amulet. Pra Tha Kradan is called “Yod Khun Pon Hang Maenam Mae Klong” means “The Great Warrior of Mae Klong River”. Pra Tha Kradan is one of the “Pra Benjapakee Pra Choot Yod Khun Pon Nua Chin” which means one of the set of 5 (lead alloy amulets) powerful amulets for the Great Warrior General. The Pra Tha Kradan is best for Kongkraphan Chatrie (it makes you invulnerable to all weapon attack), Maha-ut (it stops gun from shooting at you or the shooter misses the aiming target).

This Batch of amulets was stored in the chamber of a Chedi (stupa) at the front of the temple of Wat Ton Lamyai until the chamber was opened on May 31, BE 2550 (CE 2007) on Visakha Bucha Day. And the second Blessing / Consecration Ceremony was held on June 2, BE 2550 at the temple of Wat Ton Lamyai attended by 1080 Buddhist Monks.

The material

Pra Tha Gradan Gru Wat Ton Lamyai was made from raw lead pebbles collected from Lan-tom Mine in the Lam-tom Cave, and the ancient Pra Ta Kradan amulets discovered in Kanchanaburi Province were made from the lead pebbles from Gru Lan-tom mine. Today Lan-tom Cave is preserved underwater of Srinakarin Dam.

The styles of Pra Tha Kradan Gru Wat Ton Lamyai.

There are 3 sizes, the large-size with the dimension of 4.40 cm high and 3.00 cm widest. The medium-size is with the dimension of 4.00 cm high and 2.60 cm widest. And the small-size with the dimension of 3.70 cm high and 2.30 cm widest.

There are 2 Pim (styles), the first and the early Pim is with hammer marks in the back. This style was hand-made at the temple by putting lead pebble in an iron mold and hammered with iron hammer, and it would leave hammer marks in the back of the amulets. Another pim is with circular marks in the back caused by hydraulic pressing machine, this 2nd style was nott hand-made by Wat Ton Lamyai, but the temple sent the molds and the raw materials to the amulet factory to make.
