MISTI KUMOR SAJNA BOTHI (PUMPKIN with DRUMSTICK) How many of you love this? It's one of my favourite dish that I have learnt to cook from my father. Well, I have learnt cooking from my father only 😆 coz mother has no patience. 😁 When I prepared this after marriage, it became my husband's favourite too. 😄 It's as simple as it can be to prepare this dish. You just need three things (except salt and turmeric powder) Mustard seeds (I have used black mustard seeds), pumpkin and drumsticks. Heat up a pan. Pour 1 tbsp mustard oil. Let it get heated up. Add 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds. When the seeds starts crackling add #pumpkin and #drumsticks . Cover and cook. When dries up add a little water and cook till soft and cooked well. Walla!!
