Fat Tiger: for that anytime MOMO craving
The most hard-hitted industry during this pandemic is the food and hospitality industry. From a street food vendor to a 5-star hotel, all of them faced an unyielding hit. With most of us sitting at home, we've been yearning to try to eat different types of food. We had managed to pass the dalgona-coffee challenge and prepare different varieties of cuisines which otherwise we wouldn't have even given a shot. The most popular food among people of all ages was MOMO’S.
Many of us have been craving badly for momos. With all the outlets and food joints closed, we all tried our hands-on making them at home and have failed enormously. I was also one of you guys!!!
Some days back, while craving badly for momo’s, I was browsing for easy, Ready-to-eat momo’s, and I came across fat tiger. Their frozen, ready-to-eat momos were something I recommend everyone to try once. They are MSG and preservatives free and are ready in just a couple of minutes. The momos were juicy and delicious and made me wanting more.
Choosing fat-tiger
The top-most reason to choose fat-tiger was how they made their name in the food industry in just a matter of time. They have opened their outlets across the country in over 20+ cities. They have stood by their vision of spreading happiness by sharing small pockets of love (dim sums) and big sips of frozen modern tea with everyone, everywhere! Another reason to choose the fat tiger was that they took care of the hygiene practices, which is primarily very important in today's time.
I tried both the varieties- exotic veggies and double chicken. I was so impressed by the quality, quantity, pricing, and packaging of their momos. The momo chutney with it was the best I've ever had. If you are a momo lover just like me, I would suggest all you people give a try to fat tiger's frozen, ready-to-eat momos. They can be pan-fried, steamed, or microwaved.
The Founders:
I found one more reason to give their momos a try- its founder’s.
One of the founders is a well-known face in the food and beverage industry. He is Sohrab Sitaram. He has created a niche for himself in the industry by the most promising milk-shakes brand known by most of us as "Keventers” He has industry experience spanning 24 years and has been a speaker at several events with TEDx talks.
Another founder is Sahaj Chopra. He managed to create his own identity apart from being the brother of Parineeti Chopra. From successfully running their family business “Chopra Automobiles” to making an insinuating debut in this food and beverage industry, Sahaj has proved that he is a businessman, and it runs in his blood. With Fat Tiger, Sahaj is on the plunge to take his next big step in the food sector.
Sahil Arya is a co-owner of Millie's cookies (along with Sahaj Chopra) and a consultant who has pioneered several global brands and helped them set up in India. Sahil Arya has since then proven to be a high-energy, international business development specialist with significant achievements in supporting global brands to expand their core offering in global markets. Today, he is the co-owner and is responsible for managing the overall development of Fat Tiger.
The momo and dim sum preparations take their inspiration from spice levels from “Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, regions of Sikkim, and Arunachal Pradesh” making it the best Indian dim sum brand. It is influenced by Asian countries like China, Thailand, Nepal, and Myanmar.
Conclusion:
Fat Tiger satisfied my cravings for momos with their frozen, Ready-to-eat momos. I recommend all the momo lovers to give fat tiger’s frozen ready-to-eat momo’s a shot. It is worth all of your money. It has 24 pieces in both veg and non-veg categories.
Communicate about your experiences, how you found their momos and what all you want them to improve.
Do try their modern teas as well.
Your feedback is the most valuable thing a brand can get, and it is the only and easy way to help them improve their products and reach their consumers in no time.

There is considerable export potential of high-quality processed mango products to developed countries. This can be viewed as an opportunity by the manufacturers for the market expansion.
The market is segmented on the basis of product type (primary and secondary), distribution channel, and region. On the basis of primary product type, it is classified into mango powder, mango puree, mango pulp, and mango concentrate. On the basis of secondary product type, it is categorized into jam, pickles, juice, candy, squash, canned and frozen slices, and others. On the basis of distribution channel, it is bifurcated into online and offline. By region, it is studied across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and LAMEA.
The increase in health consciousness among consumers along with rise in disposable income among urban population has led to an increase in demand for food & beverages manufactured with natural ingredients. The use of processed mango to produce juices, squash, and other confectionery products has gained momentum and thereby, driven the market demand. In addition, consumers are showing an increased preference toward bakery products with fresh and organic flavors compared to artificially synthesized flavors. This demand from the bakery industry has boosted the growth of the processed mango products market. However, the fluctuations in cost of mangoes leads to fluxes in price of its finished products, which creates uncertainty. This factor can be anticipated to restrain the growth of the processed mango products market.
