Big moment for Susan! This is the first time we’re able to perform a kettlebell deadlift pain free, while creating good structure. ⁣ ⁣ It’s been a bit of a journey that’s taken us a little over a year. From someone who’s mostly done classes like Zumba and aerobics, she’s come a long way. We’ve been working on engaging her lats, glutes and core. Then integrating these into lifts like the deadlift as well as supporting her body in activities of daily living (ADLs).⁣ ⁣ We’ve programmed all kinds of variations leading her to this point; hip thrust, cable pull-through, landmind deadlifts, kettlebell Romanian deadlifts and finally...kettlebell deadlifting. ⁣ ⁣ Huge win!
