Bye June and hello my Bday month July and I receive you with 6 lbs less Yay!!! I started with the #operationnoscale but I broke the challenge at the middle of the month because I think, I don’t do it a good Job losing weight. But overall was a good loss and I happy I almost hit my 60 lbs since October 😃..
