Our Adoption Event is happening from 8pm tomorrow night! 😱 From 8pm tomorrow there will be a host (or a-fraid?) of ghosts on our website, and this will be ongoing throughout next week. Don't forget to check your Pumpkin Points if you've adopted a ghost from us previously, and pop over to the website to register for loyalty rewards if you haven't already ☺️ (The link is in our bio!) Please remember that adoption events can become extremely busy. We recommend signing up to the website and registering your delivery details in advance so you can check out faster. Putting a ghost in your basket doesn't reserve your chosen ghost so speedy checkout is recommended 🤗 Please also note that ghosts will be despatched from Monday through to Friday next week, and this is done in the order adoptions have been received. I don't think it will ever stop being such an incredibly humbling feeling that so many of you are so happy to have my artwork in your homes 🖤😌 I am forever grateful for all of your lovely comments, it really does mean the world. 'Thank you' never seems good enough... but I hope that my ghosts can make you as happy as you've all made me! 👻 I am very quiet on here at the moment as I'm busy finishing your custom orders and new ghosts ready for our adoption event next week. I'm one human being who wants to please everyone, but I'll never sacrifice the quality of my ghosts in order to produce more - they'll always be small batch, and entirely hand made; from the shaping of the clay, to the finishing touches! They have evolved so much since Kent Coast Ghosts began, and we're really proud of our own, unique style which not only represents us, but our beautiful county 😊 If you're craving a ghosty fix, don't forget to pop over to some of our lovely ghostmaking friends in the meantime. Each one has their own unique style and represents each artist/town/county perfectly. I firmly believe in "community over competition" - I don't make ghosts to be the best ghostmaker - I make them because I absolutely adore them, and it's the perfect way to showcase my own art style, as well as my love of history, the macabre and of course, the paranormal! Another busy day of packing up your ghosties today! 🖤👻 Thanks so much to everyone who has adopted one, I can't wait for you to receive them! There are still a few more orders to get out, but I don't think I've done too badly considering it's just me 😂 (So whenever you hear me using the term "we", it's the Royal 'we', as it were, and some wishful thinking 😄) We're ironing out a couple of issues with postage pricing, mainly for international orders, so I'm currently working on a way to make that a bit easier for you, and I'm also spending a bit of time tidying up the website a bit. We (haha) have just purchased a rotating photo taking device thing, (I should have been born in the 18th Century really 🙄), so we'll be able to video our new additions from all angles, and these will be shown on all our listings in future. We're also working on a way to take better photographs of our jars. Glass and light are not friends 🙄😂 In the meantime, there are still a few ghosties looking for new homes, and we've just managed to catch a few more which will be available at the end of this/beginning of next week.
