Nana (ナナ) is a 2005 Japanese drama film directed by Kentarō Ōtani. Based on the manga of the same name by Ai Yazawa. The film was released on September 3, 2005 and was followed by a sequel, Nana 2, in 2006.

The Japan-based streaming service dTV, who produced the live action webseries of "Gintama" earlier this year, has announced that they and FOD (Fuji Television on Demand) have joined forces to co-produce a live action TV series - or rather webseries - of the manga "Hana ni Kedamono" (Flower and the Beast)

The work of Sugiyama Miwako (Love Survival, Koishite Nanbo!Anta Nante Okotowari!) the plot follows Kumakura Kimi, a teen girl who has just transferred to a new school where meets the person "Hyo-kun" (Leopard-kun), a boy she falls in love with on sight

The only problem is that the guy she likes is a real "beast", known for being a player, and having kissed many a girl. When he tells Kimi he wants to be with her, is he being honest, or just playing with her like all his other "prey"?

Directed by Kentarō Ōtani (Nana, Nana 2, Black Butler), the show will be out sometime in Fall 2017 (Oct - Dec)
