As part of the @kennedycenter 50th Anniversary Season, the Hip Hop Culture Program @kencenhiphop is excited to announce the launch of its For the Culture Artist Residency with 4x Grammy Award®– winning band, The Roots!!! Featuring specially curated tracks by @theroots and Founding Hip Hop Culture Council Members @blackthought and @questlove the two year residency will feature a range of creative projects and curatorial endeavors.

We are also enthused to announce the return of 4x Grammy Award®–winning pianist, composer, producer, and founding Kennedy Center Hip Hop Culture Council Member @robertglasper for his two-week residency this Fall!!! (Happy Birthday, Rob! 🥳)
