I feel like pointing out that, in that one Chibita the Safecracker scene I GIF-ed of an starving Detective Iyami almost eating an apple core but then getting freaked out by Kemunpasu (the little caterpillar guy) being inside it? He’s not freaking out because he was about to eat a bug. He’s freaking out because it’s a caterpillar. Iyami has a caterpillar phobia.

If it was any other kind of bug? He’d probably eat it, no problem. He once ate a bee because his friend was afraid of it.

The lyrics kinda descend into chaos so the final stanza’s translation is kind of iffy...
