It’s not a new game but a Wifi router that brings Ralph and Vanellope new adventures after a piece of her game breaks. Overwhelmingly I will associate the taste of cotton candy and gummy fruit snacks and the sound of “In This Place” by Julia Michaels with this movie after having eaten all that when I finally saw it and hearing that song so much while waiting to clean theaters at work. I liked this one, it was just as cuddly and cute (if not more so) as the first one. Love that it was so detailed (like down to the different/replacement squares of carpeting at the arcade, the sign outside, and the details/accessories of the Disney princesses) and had a bunch of funny lines. Seeing how they traveled from game to game (the power strip from the first one) and then to the internet, mygod...the old computer in Mr. Litwick’s back office, and seeing all the kids whip out their phones trying to find the part for Vanellope’s game, seeing what they thought the internet and Ebay would look like as actual places 👌🏼👌🏼 The car chase in Slaughter Race - they got the tone, coloring and atmosphere of different games down. Vanellope getting to see Stormtroopers and meet the Princesses (omg what doesn’t Disney own?!) C3PO....Merida...😆 Ralph trying to get all the hearts/likes - as Boss Ross basically at one point 😆👌🏼the wave goodbye, Ralph’s journey/fight about learning to let go, the book club, and hanging out in a different game each week...mah heart. The mid credits scene 😆😬, and the after credit scene which I really relate to.
