Best tasting pre-workout I’ve tried. Gives me a clean boost physically and mentally too. #mindtomuscle -@TsubiSoup freeze dried miso soup cubes: You just add hot water so it is very convenient to make. Fully traceable ingredients, no MSG, and all that good stuff. Will be buying more for sure. #WeLoveTsubiSoup -@RedwoodHillFarm goat milk kefir: Tbh I didn’t like drinking it on its own but it tastes AMAZING when made into blueberry kefir pancakes! Would make these again! #goatsogood [DISLIKES😢😢] -@jakemans lozenges: I love that it’s natural and vegan friendly, but it’s not as effective and doesn’t taste as good compared to drugstore brand Cepacol. I really wanted to like this though! -@meltorganic dairy free butter: I initially liked it but changed my mind after speaking with the brand. The taste also seemed to change over time. I’ve been playing with Kefir and this would be the best so far. Coconut Water Kefir. . . For 48 hours fermentation, I use Real Coconut Water (not from Cartoon), Water Kefir Grains, and a teaspoon of Stevia. For the second fermentation stage, I added slices of Half Kiwi. After 48 hours, I got a Fizzy, Bubbly soda-ish Drinks that is natural and free from preservatives. . . I want to hear from fellow #ketonians do you Kefir or not?
