Friends to lovers, where you're living on this island and havung fun and just as you're about to like 'confess' a big 'apocalypse' of some sort happens and all the able men a required [forced] to join the military and fight. And now you want be able talk or see eachother, and then after some months everything's over and you finally get to meet him, he's such a different person, mentally and physically, so you have to get to know eachother all over again.
