FUZZ! (경찰 Gyeongchal)

The rough sketches below were originally posted on Ko-fi -- which currently serves as my other art blog -- back in 2023. I kind of had this funny idea that in an alternate universe, there existed a K-drama series where all the characters are muppets.

Inspired by the Webtoon series “Teenage Mercenary” and indie horror project “Welcome Home.”

*NOTE: A lot of Korean names are usually written starting with their surnames.

From L-R:

형사 최정 Detective Choi Jeong (a coffee addict)

경찰 윤지민 Officer Yun Ji-min (a new police officer full of determination and zeal who is suddenly teamed up with the jaded Detective Choi)

한민준 기자 Journalist Han Min-jun (a nervous wreck who is pretty much a trouble magnet)

From L-R:

포렌식 컴퓨터 분석가 홍석 Forensics Computer Analyst Hong Seok (basically the computer nerd)

탄유준 Tan Yu-jun/Wally Darling (a currently retired celebrity who thinks he can get apples from an Apple Store 📱🍎)

P.S. If you're wondering why pre-existing character/s like Wally has Korean names, it's similar to localization where a lot of anime shows are given American names for international releases. Only this time it's the reverse!
