After what his family did to him, it must have been so frustrating for Kazakami to see Kanechika and the others having fun talking about something he's passionate about.

But Kanechika is so pure that all he can think of is that Kazakami loves tokusatsu too. 🧡 I really hope that Kanechika will be able to help Kazakami and free him, if only a little, from all this pressure.

I think telling him that Kanechika takes after his family reminds him of his own situation, his own family.

A family composed of doctors, consultants and other such professions. He is expected, like all his family, to study at T University. Kazakami has known this since he was a child. And he promised himself to focus on his studies during his third year of high school. He's given up soccer and any other form of entertainment that might distract him from his goal.

The only source of entertainment he allowed himself was his passion for tokusatsu. But his father and mother don't agree; they've taken everything away from him...

So to see that Kanechika can afford to continue his club activities and that he'll surely pass the entrance exam to the university he wants without too much difficulty - just the opposite of Kazakami - must have been so frustrating for Kazakami to see...

The conversation between Kazakami and Hanazono sensei is very interesting, but I'm not sure I understood everything 100%. So if you understand things differently from me, don't hesitate to say so, I'd love to hear from you!

To get a basic understanding, I think you need to reread the previous chapter. We see that Kazakami thinks Hanazono sensei is just like him.

Just like him, she thought that she is good at navigating her way through life, just like him, she had fun before leaving before the "party" is over.

And Kazakami thanked his mother to avoid any tension between him and his parents, just like Hanazono sensei tends to apologize to avoid tension at highschool.

So when she admits that she's not the person she thought she was. I think Kazakami opened his eyes and realized that, like her, he was lying to himself.

And it's from here that we see Kazakami begin to study to enter a university other than the one he'd been studying for until now~

Coming back to Hanazono sensei, it's too vague to be certain, but it's possible that she left the father of her child, perhaps because he didn't want the child? That would explain a lot: 1) She really doesn't want to apologize 2) she's defending herself by pointing out that she's expecting a child 3) she touches her belly when she talks about moving on.

Oh, and I'd like to say a few words about that bastard Tsubozuka... Now that he knows she's pregnant, he doesn't find her sexy and she's not worth his effort? What a loser, he disgusts me. That's it, I wanted to spit on him 🤣

Kazakami must have finally felt understood when Kanechika told him that it wouldn't be the same if he decided to buy those same figures again. Unlike his parents, Kanechika understands how precious those figures were to him.

Kanechika is so adorable, he's ready to accompany and support him so that he can get his figures back :')
