katie and the other girl teacher at the school keep trying to convince me to get into the habit of spending 100,000 won every month and a half on getting my nails done and like. i simply dont want to do that.

#katie regularly ignores me when i say no to pretty mundane personal decisions #like not wanting to use a sinus cleansing saline bottle to halfway drown myself just bc im sick #or not wanting to pick up an expensive self-care habit #like i'll say 'thanks for the rec but its not really for me' and she just goes 'but what if i repeatedly asked you to say yes instead'#and they're nothing that's a big deal so i dont want to snap or anything and be like i said no leave it at that but also these are such #basic boundaries. why is she ignoring them so. i dont want to get my nails done. its expensive and i hate when people touch my cuticles.#and she keeps going 'but a lot of the designs are a lot cheaper like only 50k' okay well not doing it is free.#if im going to get solid-color nails why would i not just paint them at home myself ??????????????#'the solid colors are only 50k' okay and i dont like them theyre not cute theyre not worth that.#some of the intricate designs are amazing they take talent and time theyre worth money #after going into the salon and hearing the woman talk about it im open to the idea of getting a special set for a special occasion #i do not see the Need to go get a solid color every month and a half for 50k+.#t
