New Delhi: Popular TV actor Parth Samthaan, who is fondly known for his role of Anurag Basu in Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’, has tested negative for COVID-19 in his second test report. The ‘Kaisi Ye Yaariaan’ actor is getting treated at his home since testing positive for novel Coronavirus on July 12. He was observing self-quarantine as he had ‘mild symptoms’.

Parth Samthaan’s Kasautii Zindagii Kay co-stars Karan Patel, Pooja Banerjee and others tests negative for coronavirus

After Kasautii Zindagii Kay’s lead actor Parth Samthaan tested Covid-19 all the actors, cast and crew of the daily soap underwent Covid tests.

And now, according to latest reports, Parth’s co-stars Karan Patel, Pooja Banerjee, Aamna Sharif and Shubhavi Choksey have tested negative for Covid-19.

Karan Patel’s publicist issued a statement about the actor’s Swab Test, which reads: “Karan Patel’s swab test has come out negative and all is good. He requests all to stay safe and get their tests done even if mild symptoms. Better to be safe than sorry.”

Karan Patel, who joined the show recently to play the new Mr Bajaj, wasn’t shooting for the last three days. However, he underwent a test.

The actor had shared about the same yesterday, “I wasn’t shooting today, but yes, I am getting my swab test done. I’ve been informed that the shoot has been halted for now and that the unit is getting their check-up done.”

On Sunday, Parth shared in an Instagram post that he tested positive for Covid-19 and had ‘mild symptoms’. “Hi everyone , I have been tested Postive for covid 19 .although I have mild symptoms.. I would urge and request everyone whose been with me in close promitixy over the last few days please go and get yourself tested . The Bmc has regularly been in touch and with the doctors guidance I am in self quarantine and I am grateful to them for all their support . Please be safe and take care,” he had written.

Shah Rukh Khan Introducing Anurag, Prerna In The New Kasautii Zindagii Kay Teaser Will Make You Revisit The Nostalgia Of Childhood

After 17 years Ekta Kapoor returns with classic Indian soap opera Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2, and it is none other than King of Romance Shah Rukh Khan who introduces us to the lead cast- Prerna Sharma and Anurag Basu of the reboot of the 2001 series.

Interestingly, the 43-year-old producer has recently shared a new promo of her upcoming TV serial on the social media platform on Sunday which has left the fans excited about it.

Well, the promo starts with Shah Rukh narrating the eternal tale of 2 lovers. He is spotted at a charming, CGI railway station where he uses the example of railway tracks to talk about Prerna and Anurag’s love story.

“Even looked at rail tracks closely? They share a peculiar bond. They run together for miles but never become one,” says Shah Rukh as the iconic red dupatta comes flying towards him.

Meanwhile, the soulful track of Kasautii Zindagii Kay plays in the background as the actor continues to narrate his story. Also, we get to meet two fresh actors- Parth Samthaan who will play the role of Anurag while Erica Fernandez will be seen as Prerna in the promo. The actress looks beautiful in a mustard salwar kameez and later in a black one. Further, The promo displays the scenes of the Durga Puja where Anurag sees Prerna for the first time.
