Can I file a FIR against my husband who now wants to gets married to someone else?
Tumblr media
Marriage in the Hindu religion is a sacred tie performed by certain ceremonies and rites which are necessary for a valid marriage.
According to Section 7 of the Hindu Marriage Act, there are three important stages wherein certain ceremonies are to be performed., as following :-
1) Sagai - Hindu engagement is an important pre-wedding ritual in Indian culture, it is a type of culture in which the bride and groom come face to face and are engaged with a religious bond by each other’s families.
2) Kanyadan - It is an emotional and sentimental laden ritual which recognizes the sacrifice a father makes in order to ensure her daughter’s happines, and it is an integral part of traditional Hindu marriage.
3) Saptapadi - It is an activity which is undertaken by the bride and groom in front of the fire god, where couples go around the sacred fire seven times while reciting certain vows.
Section 7 of the Hindu marriage act 1955 states the solemnization of the Hindu marriage, a Hindu marriage may be performed by all the ceremonies and rituals of both the party or either anyone.
It is concerned with the Saptapadi which means that taking seven rounds around the fire with their partner; after its completion, marriage becomes complete.
The marriage renders to be valid if it is performed between Hindu couples according to the customary ceremony and rituals of each party or any one of them.
There are many rituals which you did not perform and hence the validity of your marriage is questionable.
The pandit who solemnized your marriage in the temple can act as a proof for your marriage if you do no have any pictures, but since you two were not even living together after marriage and were meeting like boyfriend girlfriend only, your marriage's validity is questionable and you should mention him as boyfriend only in the FIR.

16 remedies for peace of Pitru Dosha, which must be tried on Sarva Pitru Amavasya!
Tumblr media
Pitru Dosha is an invisible obstacle. This obstacle is caused by the anger of the ancestors. There can be many reasons for the anger of the ancestors, such as your conduct, a mistake committed by a family member, not performing rituals like Shraddha, any mistake in funeral rituals, etc.
Common remedies include Shodash Pinddaan, snake worship, cow donation to Brahmin, Kanyadan, building wells, stepwells, ponds, etc., planting Peepal, Banyan, etc. Devvriksh in the temple premises and chanting Vishnu mantras, reciting Shrimad Bhagwat to remove the ghost curse.
In the Vedas and Puranas, there is a description of mantras, stotras, and suktas for the satisfaction of ancestors, by daily reciting of which any type of Pitru obstacle, no matter what it is, gets pacified. If daily recitation is not possible, then it should be done at least on Amavasya of every month and on Ashvin Krishna Paksha Amavasya i.e. Pitru Paksha. However, it is good to get Pitru Dosh Shanti done according to the type of Pitru Dosh present in the horoscope.
By sitting in front of Lord Bholenath's picture or idol or meditating on Lord Bholenath at home and chanting 1 rosary of the following mantra daily, all types of Pitru Dosh problems, obstacles, etc. are pacified and auspiciousness is attained. Mantra chanting can be done anytime in the morning or evening!
Mantra: 'Om Tatpurushaya Vidmahe Mahadevaya Cha Dheemahi Tanno Rudra: Prachodayat.'
On Amavasya, Pitru Dosh is pacified by feeding food prepared with purity for ancestors and rice, powdered sugar, ghee and 1 roti to a cow.
Respecting your parents and elders, respecting all women, and fulfilling their needs always keeps the ancestors happy.
To remove the problem of children caused by Pitra Dosha, listen to 'Harivansh Purana' or recite it regularly.
Reciting Durga Saptashati or Sundarkand daily also reduces this defect.
The Sun is the father, so by filling water in a copper vessel and putting red flowers, red sandalwood powder, roli, etc. in it, offering Arghya to Sun God and chanting the mantra 'Om Ghrini Suryay Namah' 11 times, the ancestors are happy and move upward.
On the day of Amavasya, one must donate milk, sugar, white cloth, Dakshina, etc. in the name of one's ancestors in a temple or to a capable Brahmin.
Do circumambulation of the Peepal tree in Pitru Paksha. If 108 parikramas are done, then Pitra Dosha will definitely be removed.
Plant a Peepal or Banyan tree on the premises of a temple and pour water in it daily, take care of it. As the tree grows, Pitra Dosha will be removed, because all the gods and goddesses, other yonis and ancestors, etc. reside on these trees only.
If you have snatched someone's right or snatched the wealth and property of a helpless person, then definitely return his right or property to him.
A person suffering from Pitra Dosha should light a lamp of pure ghee under a Peepal tree at sunrise from one Amavasya to the next Amavasya i.e. for 1 month and this sequence should not be broken.
On the Amavasya that comes after a month, do one more experiment. For this, get a little cow urine of a local cow or a milk-giving cow mix it with some water, and pour this water into the roots of the Peepal tree. After this, light 5 incense sticks, 1 coconut, and a lamp of pure ghee under the Peepal tree and pray to your ancestors for your welfare with devotion and come home and feed some poor people in the afternoon of the same day. By doing this, Pitra Dosha will be pacified.
If there is a well in the house or a place to keep drinking water, take special care of the purity of that place because this is considered to be Pitra Sthan. Apart from this, Pitra Dosha is also pacified by filling drinking water for animals and getting a water stall installed or feeding jalebi to stray dogs.
If there is a lot of trouble due to Pitra Dosha, the loss of a child or child is suffering, then at any auspicious time, bow to your ancestors and pray to them to be happy and apologize for the crime and neglect done by you knowingly or unknowingly. Then chant Pitra Gayatri Mantra 1.25 lakh times in the house or Shivalaya. After the chanting, after the Dashansh havan, take a resolution that the full benefits of this should be received by the ancestors. By doing this, the ancestors are very happy, because you have paved the way for their salvation.
Special Remedy: This remedy for the peace of Pitru Dosh has been seen to be very experienced and gives infallible results. That is, to provide financial support in the marriage of a poor girl, either secretly or directly. (But this support should be wholehearted, not just for show or to praise oneself). This makes the ancestors very happy because the virtuous results obtained as a result of this give strength and speed to the ancestors, due to which they move towards the upper worlds and reach the virtuous worlds.
If the soul of a relative creates Pitru Dosh due to some special desire, then in such a situation, leaving the attachment, one should recite 'Gajendra Moksha Stotra' for his salvation.
The very simple remedy to remove Pitra Dosha
A lamp should be lit in the northwest corner of the house by mixing an equal quantity of agar oil with mustard oil during the entire Pitru Paksha. It is better if the lamp is made of brass. It is necessary for the lamp to burn for at least 10 minutes.
