Finally put together this croche & carved wood borzoi and im just absolutelu loosing my mind i love her so much. One of her paws is kinda fucked up in connecting it- so it looks a bit broken but its ok its an art doll it just needs to stand on a shelf!

First of the socks im gonna try to make for my family this christmas, dads. (Yes we have aboyt the same size of foot i got some real hobbit stompers). Love this colowtork pattern i saw on pinterest, i think. When im done with these & my sisters and moms ill try to make similiar ones for myself but continue the pattern everywhere so it looks proper fucked up. The heel will be a problem but ill figure it out. With enough. Insanity ill figure it out.

Finished my first pair of socks and jumped off the deep end IMMEDIATELY its fine tho im having a great time. Some things I wish I¨d done different... Mostly i wish id done the decreasearea of the heel in green or as dotted green&brown but... antwats. These super 70s socks!!! Im on te first one only and i need 2 slow down my pace bc my hands hurt but. yk

Okay yessss perfected-ish 😎😎😎 tightening & decreasing the top stitches worked to make it match better with the palmside. Also 2 extra stitches for the thumb. This is a little shorter than i usually do my fingerless/palm gloves but my yarn for this hand ran out 💀 so. Shorter. But its nice! Now for the left hand. 💫

Finished ! Tje bee stitch is also WIDWR i think. It bubbles a bit at this size which i dont LOVE… might make an anorher pair thats just a wee bit smaller. That or after the stretchy wrist I could lessen stitches on the top... i may test that bc . I wanna make a pair (full pair to tips) for my mom and her hands r a little bgger snd i dont wanna make them too small.

Knit my first ever wooly sock!! I was so scared of doing this but i dID it... i gave it a reinforced heel & toe :] I think i defi wanna try some other heel techniques but I do wanna practice this basic model a bunch and make some socks for my family so I can truly memorize how the techniques you need work
