3. Did anything inspire this au? Why yes, yes it did! *Doofenshmirtz voice* It all started the day I finished rereading the Lunar Chronicles for the first time in absolute years. Being the little Rebels obsessed nerd I am, I knew I had to come up with some kind of crossover au (and this was far from the only one I thought up). So I thought "hmm what if Kanan was a Lunar and Ezra was the shell he saved OOOH AND THEN KANAN GOES BLIND AND GETS LUNAR SICKNESS CAUSE HE PROMISED TO DO BETTER *goes insane*". So, that's about it!

10. Is there a character you wish you could have included, but couldn't? Why? Hmm, in the actual fic that I've written? Probably Anakin Skywalker. He's part Lunar, and he and his family live in the same town as Hera! There are a lot of Lunar refugees there, not unlike that town in Africa in Cress

17. What important events have you 'translated' from canon to make sense into this au, if any? Well, Kanan getting blinded, as you can see in the fic! And Ezra's parents first rebelling, then dying. I don't have any other specific ones in mind, but I'm sure there are others

21. What makes you most excited about this fic? The hurt/comfort potential for it. Kanan dealing with Lunar sickness and Hera being the one to help guide him through that, and Ezra and Kanan both feeling so much guilt over Ezra's parents. And the sheer shenanigan potential of Sabine, Luke, Leia, and Ezra being a friend group, of course. OH and if I ever wrote the scenes where the TLC group meets the Ghost crew, that would be SO SO FUN
