KamiBaku x You

Kaminari’s voice filled the living room as he recounted an exaggerated story from patrol, arms wrapped snugly around you. His chest vibrated with laughter as you giggled at his antics, your head resting comfortably on his shoulder. The day had been uneventful, so curling up with Kaminari, who had a knack for making everything fun, felt like the perfect way to unwind.

“I’m just saying,” Kaminari continued, “I was basically the MVP out there. Saved the day with style—"

The sound of the front door opening cut him off, and both your heads turned to see Bakugou stepping inside. His hero uniform was slightly disheveled, his blonde hair messier than usual, and his crimson eyes sharp despite the obvious exhaustion on his face. His gaze immediately landed on you and Kaminari, still cuddled on the couch.

“Oi,” Bakugou grunted, shutting the door behind him. “What the hell’s this?”

Kaminari smirked but didn’t let go of you, instead pulling you closer, as if to tease. “This? Oh, just some innocent cuddling while you were out being a big, scary hero.”

Your eyes widened as Bakugou’s frown deepened, his jaw tightening. “Tch. Innocent, my ass.” He dropped his bag near the door and stalked over, his heavy boots thudding against the floor.

You sat up slightly, sensing his mood, but Kaminari kept his hold firm. “Relax, Blasty. We were keeping the couch warm for you.”

“Dumbass.” Bakugou scowled, but instead of snapping further, he yanked Kaminari’s arm off you and pulled you into his chest. “You’re supposed to wait for me.” His voice was gruff, but there was a hint of vulnerability beneath his words.

You blinked up at him, cheeks warming as you smiled softly. “You were taking too long. We missed you.”

Kaminari rolled his eyes playfully. “Speak for yourself. I was doing you a favor by keeping them company.”

“Like hell you were,” Bakugou shot back, finally plopping down on the couch beside you. He buried his face into the crook of your neck, his arms wrapping tightly around you. “You don’t get to hog them just ’cause I’m not here.”

“Jealous much?” Kaminari teased, earning a sharp glare from Bakugou.

You let out a small laugh, leaning into Bakugou’s warmth. “He’s just clingy, Denki. It’s cute.”

Bakugou growled softly but didn’t argue, his grip on you tightening. “Damn right I’m clingy. You’re mine. And you—” He shot a look at Kaminari, who had sprawled lazily across the other side of the couch. “—are just lucky I tolerate you.”

Kaminari grinned, completely unfazed. “You love me, admit it.”

“Shut it.”

Despite the grumbling, Bakugou didn’t resist when Kaminari shifted closer, throwing an arm around both of you. You were now sandwiched between the two boys, your heart full and warm from the closeness.

“See?” Kaminari whispered in your ear. “Told you he’s soft for us.”

“Keep pushing it, Sparky, and I’ll show you just how soft I’m not,” Bakugou threatened, but there was no heat behind his words.

You sighed contentedly, resting your head against Bakugou’s shoulder and letting Kaminari’s arm drape over your waist. “I’m just glad you’re both here.”

The weight of their presence grounded you, filling the room with a sense of calm that had been missing all day. Bakugou’s hand instinctively found yours, his fingers lacing tightly with your own as Kaminari started fiddling with the hem of your shirt.

“Yeah, yeah,” Bakugou muttered, his voice a low rumble in your ear. “Not like you had to survive without me for weeks or something.”

Kaminari snorted. “Oh, please. You act like you weren’t texting every ten minutes when you had a free second. You’re obsessed, dude.”

Bakugou’s head shot up, his glare sharp enough to cut through steel. “Like you’re one to talk, idiot! You spam the group chat with memes every time we’re apart for more than a day!”

“Memes are an art form, thank you very much.” Kaminari looked smug, resting his chin on your shoulder. “And they keep you both entertained, don’t they?”

“Entertained? They’re dumb as hell.” Bakugou scoffed, though the corner of his mouth twitched like he was holding back a smirk.

You laughed softly, your free hand reaching to gently tug at Kaminari’s bangs. “I think they’re funny. And it’s sweet how you both check in so much.”

“See? They get it,” Kaminari said triumphantly, pulling you closer. “I’m the glue holding this trio together.”

Bakugou made an indignant noise, tightening his hold around you. “Glue my ass. I’m the only reason you’re not passed out in some ditch half the time, Pikachu.”

“First of all,” Kaminari began dramatically, “I’d survive just fine without you.”

Bakugou leaned forward slightly, his crimson eyes narrowing. “Wanna test that theory?”

You placed a hand on Bakugou’s chest, holding him back gently. “Okay, okay, no fighting. This is supposed to be relaxing.”

“Tch. I’m relaxed,” Bakugou muttered, slumping back into the cushions and dragging you along with him. Kaminari took the opportunity to scoot closer, effectively sandwiching you between them again.

For a moment, the room fell into a comfortable silence. Kaminari absentmindedly traced patterns on your arm, his usual energy subdued in the warmth of the moment. Bakugou rested his head against yours, his breath steady and calming.

“Missed this,” Kaminari mumbled after a while, his voice quieter than usual.

You turned your head slightly to look at him. “Missed what?”

“This. Us.” He gestured vaguely with his free hand. “Feels like we’re always running around saving the world, you know? It’s nice to just... be.”

Bakugou grunted in agreement, surprising both you and Kaminari. “Yeah. Doesn’t happen enough.”

Your chest swelled with warmth at their rare moment of agreement. “Then we should make it happen more often,” you suggested softly. “No missions, no distractions. Just us.”

Kaminari’s eyes lit up. “Oh! Movie night! We can pick something cheesy and make fun of it together.”

Bakugou groaned. “Not another one of your shitty rom-coms.”

“Come on, Blasty! You know you secretly love them.”

“You’re delusional.”

You couldn’t help but laugh at their banter, your heart full as you watched them bicker. No matter how much chaos surrounded your lives as heroes, moments like these reminded you of why you cherished them both so deeply.

“I love you guys,” you said suddenly, the words slipping out before you could second-guess yourself.

Both of them froze for a moment, their expressions softening. Kaminari was the first to speak, his grin wide and genuine. “We love you too.”

Bakugou huffed, his face turning slightly pink. “Damn right we do. And don’t forget it.”

As the evening wore on, the three of you stayed tangled together on the couch and sharing warmth.

THIS ARGUMENT IS NOT VALID!

KIRISHIMA IS NOT KATSUKI’S ONLY FRIEND.

Also he calls Kirishima mean nickanmes to do with his hair? He called Eijirou ‘Kirishima’ once because he was concerned about him. You silly people.

Stop using that excuse to invalidate Bakugou ships. And you can not use that if you are not anti-endeavour, anti-mitsuki or anti-mineta.

If he would be abusive to one person, he will be abusive to e v e r y o n e no exceptions. Abusers are abusers and you cant change that. There is no exceptions, ok? Lets talk about why it is invalid with certain ships.

Bakugou x Denki. (KAMIBAKU)

They are friends, they have multiple interactions where they aren't fighting. Denki is not scared of Bakugou at all, he just doesn’t like the yelling. He stands up to Bakugou plenty of times. He has called Bakugou ‘Kacchan without death. Or even Bakugou yelling at him. He has willing sat with Kaminari on multiple occasions when Kirishima was available.

In season four, somehow, Kaminari was the only one who knew Bakugou used to take drum lessons. ANd yOU ARe telLing Me they aren't FrIENds.

Bakugou x Todoroki (TODOBAKU)

Todoroki is not afraid of Bakugou. Bakugou is only mean to him because of two things

1) he sees Todoroki as an equal competitor.

2) The Sports Festival.

Todoroki is not afraid of Bakugou, their dynamic is amazing. And Bakugou is able to joke about Shouto. Does he make jokes around Kirishima? nO... NO HE DOES NOT.

See? Those are two perfectly valid ships, that people try to invalidate using that excuse. Kiribaku is valid but so is other ships.
