Kami wa saikoro wo furanai - 夜間飛行 (Yakan hikou) - Lyrics
song (spotify) Japanese/Romaji/English lyrics under the cut
Title: Night Flight
I wanna be a Rockstar
無限じゃないから儚くて 終わりがあるから大切で 煌く今がある I wanna be a Rockstar

Tokyo is once again dead quiet at 4 AM; it’s like I’m the only person on Earth right now I like it like this, when I can’t sleep
I feel like I could reach out and grab hold of this whole view
The limitless constellations guide me, etching these midnight steps into me Let’s dance the night away until the sun comes up
It’s a special privledge for those who stay up all night How about I heat up a late-night meal for us right now? Echoing directly into my right brain, sugar stimulates your creativity
I have to work overtime on the weekend, so I rub my sleepy eyes again and think about the kindred souls hidden around town - those fighters who I’ll tear up the whole night with
It’s okay to be awkward; no problem You fall, get back up, then fail again Once your tears have dried, it’s time to run onward
It’s time to run … Let’s dance the night away … until the morning comes …
I sing this song only for you I’ll soar past the night sky to come see you We’ll have the world in the palm of our hands; I wanna be a Rockstar
This moment is tenuous because it can’t last forever It’s special because it will eventually end - this beautiful moment known as “now” I wanna be a Rockstar

Friend or Foe? (Jaehee x MC)
Once upon a time, MC and Jaehee were the best of friends. And just like every relationship, there will come a time, when an obstacle will sweep them off their feet, and truly test their power to stay together.
MC was falling in love. Jaehee was falling in love. But all for the wrong people. MC was much in love with Jumin, and Jaehee could not fight against that, for Jumin was truly a creature born out of beauty and grace, even though Zen was better, in her opinion. But as his boss, she knew just how much lesser of a man Jumin Han was then he portrayed himself to be. She would warn MC over and over, 'never give yourself to him.' But as each day passes by, MC couldn't help but to fall deeper and deeper for the man of her dreams. And poor Jaehee tried hard to stop her. Alas, they knew that eventually, this day would come. The day, that their relationship ended.
"I told you already MC, you can't fall for Jumin! He's not what you think he is! He's a mad mad man who can't love!" Jaehee said exasperatedly, throwing her arms towards the sky in an attempt to deter her from her destination. MC rolled her eyes, pushing Jaehee aside as she continued on. "It's going to be fine, Jaehee. I can deal with the hate, I can deal with anything. After all, I'm a strong lady." MC rolled her eyes again, the second time within two minutes. She was ticked off. But so was Jaehee. Jaehee groaned and grabbed MC's wrist, tugging her back. "Please, MC, he's not what you think he is. Just stop." Jaehee pleaded, eyes filled with worry and pain. MC glared at her, sneering, "Then I will have a look at it myself. Since you're not willing to tell me how bad he is." MC violently shook off her grip, stomping off to meet Jumin at his place. And Jaehee was left behind in the apartment.
  All alone.
That night, Jaehee cried. She didn't cry because of Zen's beauty at the ending scene of one of his movies. She didn't cry because she was alone. She cried, because MC was not with her.
MC laughed and giggled, slapping Jumin's chest lightly as they joked around. He was not as bad as Jaehee said he was. MC frowned, perhaps Jaehee didn't want him to be MC's, and wanted him all to herself. She was selfish! MC frowned even deeper. Why would Jaehee lie to her like that?
By then, a full season had passed, and Jaehee was burying herself with work and more work, taking whatever job she could do and doing it until she collapsed from fatigue. And the whole cycle would repeat again. Even Zen tried to advice her to take some breaks, but she simply refused to rest. She was anxious. She was worried. She was scared. MC never came back since that day. The day they last saw each other.
MC was pretty much dead. She was exhausted, she was numb. She was everything but happy. As she laid in Jumin's empty bed, she pondered. Where were her clothes? When was the last time she saw sunlight? When was the last time she even walked? She sobbed, she needed to get out. But when she heard the door click open, she knew it was not going to be now.
It was a Saturday, and Jaehee was going mad. She stood in front of the door, banging and slamming the piece of thick wood. "Come out Jumin! We need to have a talk! Now!" Jaehee screamed, deep, black eyebags hanging tiredly at the bottom of her eyes. But her hazel-coloured eyes spoke a different feeling. They were sparkling with fire, and fury. She wanted her friend back, and she was getting it. Finally, the door opened. But what she saw, was not what she expected. There she was, the girl who she cared so dearly for, weak and pale and trembling violently as she clawed onto the walls for dear life. She was so weak. Jaehee hugged MC tightly immediately, not knowing what else to do. MC cried, hiccuped, and sobbed, frail arms clinging tightly onto Jaehee for dear life. "I was so afraid, Jaehee. So, so afraid." Jaehee patted her back, comforting her with her gentle, warm voice. "It's okay my dear. Everything will be fine now." MC laid her forehead on Jaehee's shoulder, and cried. And cried and cried. Jaehee was right after all, and MC felt like a fool.
Jumin never said anything about MC's disappearance and saving in front of Jaehee, and even acted like nothing was wrong. But she could sense it, the furious jealousy boiling in his veins whenever he stared hard at her back. But Jaehee said nothing, and continued with her work.
MC was busy recovering from the mental abuse she was put through, and whenever Jaehee came home, all those dark thoughts immediately left her mind. As MC sipped on her hot cup of cocoa, wrapped in a thick pink blanket, she asked, "will you leave me again, Jaehee?" Jaehee laughed, moving to sit down beside MC. "Of course I won't. I would never, ever, leave your side again." Jaehee whispered the last part, kissing her forehead to MC's delight. "Thank you, Jaehee. Thank you." MC smiled, looking back at the screen as the next scene of Zen's newest movie came up. Jaehee looked at the television screen too, sighing in contentment as their fingers interlaced under the covers.

DaiSuga HQ - "I'm sorry"
“I’m sorry.”
That was the last sentence he had heard from the love of his life. He hated it, despised it, even wanted to remove the existence of the sentence. Sugawara had left Daichi for good, and Daichi knew he would never come back, but how could Daichi possibly stop thinking about him? It was torturous. Flashes of his smile, his hair, echoes of his laughter, gentle touches of his hand on his face, Daichi could never stop thinking about the man, not even a single day, much less a minute. His mind was constantly filled with Sugawara, now that he was gone and out of his life. He really wanted to remove Sugawara from his mind, but he simply could not. So he took the pills that were prescribed from his physiologist. Daichi placed the medicinal bottle back on the table, walking back to his arm chair where he dumped himself onto it, slumping further into the already deflated chair.
To be honest? Daichi really missed him, no matter how many times he scratched out Sugawara’s face on the pictures, or how many times he cursed and sweated at Sugawara from bringing him to such a downfall, Daichi just could not bring himself to truly hate the man. He just wanted it to stop, he just wanted the pain to stop exploding through his mind, through his body, through his soul. And then Daichi thought, ‘if I can’t hate you, I’ll just erase you!’ because is it not so much more pain-free if he had just completely forgotten about the existence of Sugawara? Daichi could never possibly bring himself to blame the innocent man, deep down inside himself, he knew he was the one to blame, but if he were to say it out loud, he feared that his body might not take it and he would go into a state of dilemma.
So Daichi tried, and he tried hard. He took the unlit cigar from the pack beside his chair on the table, pressing down hard on the lighter’s button seee all times before finally getting to light up the cigar. He inhaled the first breath, exhaling the white puffs of smoke, just like how he wished he could exhale out the pain he was inflicted upon. He was at a state of loss, he swore that he would completely erase Sugawara from his mind, and yet here he was, unable to let go of the necklace that he had given Sugawara on their tenth anniversary. He watched the scene outside the window, the white puffs of smoke like tendrils curling and dancing it’s way up to the ceiling with feline grace, while the gentle white dots floated its way down to the ground, strikingly akin to a jellyfish at the moment. And he realised, that the snowflakes were just like Sugawara, gentle, graceful, loving, but also so far away. He could only pitifully watch the snowflakes dance away in the sky behind a window panel, he would never be able to touch them with his bare hands. He crushed the half-finished cigar, eliminating any chances of a possible fire break out.
Oh how I miss you, how I miss you dearly.
Daichi stood up, walking into his bedroom where he plopped himself onto the suddenly extremely big bed. It was no longer warm, and had no welcoming invitation. Daichi hated every inch of it, he decided that he would get a new bed tomorrow. Drowsiness kicked him hard in the back and he found himself yawning, he was exhausted. Reluctantly, Daichi slipped under the covers, laying down on the side of their—no, his—bed. However, no matter how tired the young chap was, he just could not get some proper rest, as each time he closed his eyes, he could see the clear vision of Sugawara’s face, smiling brilliantly bright at him. Oh just how long did Daichi have to wait, how many sleepless nights must he spend, just to see you and to meet you again?
Perhaps, tonight, could be his last night. Daichi slowly breathed in, exhaling and feeling much relief. He laid on his side, facing the empty side of the bed, and smiled. The room was greeted with silence. And so was Daichi’s mind.
Author’s note
Well, I sort of took inspiration from a song and turned it into a sad angst AU. Haha, my bad.
I feel that tone should be free to interpret this story as they see fit.
How I see my story is that, Sugawara had died protecting Daichi in some manner, and now he is constantly haunted by Sugawara. He constantly misses and thinks of Sugawara until one day he can no longer take he madness he is putting himself through and eventually kills himself. This is my own view on my own story.
You can even see it as Sugawara heartlessly breaking up with Daichi for another man and Daichi ends up losing his sanity and what not. It’s a very depressing story, end of story. (This pun was not intended haha)

KuroTsuki HQ - The Black Prince and Moon Knight - Part 2
For the rest of the entire day, Tsukishima spent it following the two around as Kuroo introduced the places in the castle to Renalia. ‘They seem to be getting along very well,’ Tsukishima couldn’t help the thought that flashed across his mind. He remained five steps away from them, close enough to be able to protect them, and certainly able to hear them, but far enough not to “invade” their privacy. “So rumours have it that even the knights get to sleep in the castle? Is that true?” Renalia fanned herself gently with her pink floral hand fan as she continuously stared at Kuroo, shoes clicking against the reflective marble floors that shone just as brightly as gold, if not, brighter. Kuroo replied with great pride, “of course, but only the most trusted knights get a place here, for example, Kei. He’s as good as my right hand man, to be frank.” Kuroo flashed Tsukishima a smile that the knight did not return, for he was too busy sticking daggers into the Princess in his mind. Renalia laughed, a beautiful sound that should most definitely belong to a musical. Tsukishima couldn’t help the jealousy that made his blood boil with anger. The only true love of his life that he had decided to dedicate his life to, is talking to someone else so smoothly like they have known each other for years. Jealousy couldn’t even begin to describe his emotions. Ironic, how he was feeling such wild emotions when half the time he was trying to get Kuroo to end the relationship. Truly ironic. Hopefully, the worst day of his life would end soon.
He looked out of the big window that they had just passed by and saw the sun begin to set. The rain clouds gently rolled in, like the curtains to the show was finally being drawn closed, the end of the day was near. “Ah, Renalia, I think you should head back to your private quarters for the night, I would not like to be the cause of your nightmare. Please, have a good rest, my lady,” Kuroo bowed and took her hand, kissing the back of it gently. She giggled and blushed, smiling while nodding her head, “alright, I shall see you tomorrow for breakfast hopefully?” Kuroo nodded, a smile gracing his face. She nodded, happy with the reply and turned around, walking back to her resting quarters that was down by the hall as pointed to by Kuroo just now during their walk. As she passed by Tsukishima, she nodded her head at him, flashing him a beautiful smile. Tsukishima bowed, respectful as ever. Oh how he hated that smile. That sunny bright smile that Kuroo had fallen for. Tsukishima scowled, but stopped the moment Kuroo called out, “Kei, stop that.” Tsukishima turned back around to face Kuroo, unable to comprehend his face as it was hidden by the shadows of the dark evening. It was going to rain tonight, for sure. “Stop what?” Tsukishima asked. Secretly, he knew what Kuroo knew but he just could not let it slide, after all, it was not good to let one’s emotions be bottled up. Kuroo sighed, starting his sentence but ending it just as quickly. “I-” Kuroo cut himself off, to Tsukishima’s relief. “Let us head back.” Kuroo stalked off, striding down the long hall way. Tsukishima followed, silent. As Tsukishima quietly followed the steps of Kuroo, he could feel himself shaking ever so slightly. While they passed by the many windows in the hallways, little drizzles began to drum the window panels ever so gently, creating a calming ambience that Tsukishima appreciated. Gladly, he took the moment to breathe, calming himself down while staring at the Prince’s back as they walked. Kuroo took a swift turn, entering the big room that was theirs.
Still, nothing was exchanged.
Kuroo locked the big doors behind him, even checking it to be sure. Tsukishima had so many things to say, but out of all of it, he had to ask this instead. “Then, shall we prepare for the night’s rest?” Tsukishima’s voice broke the uncomfortable silence as he stripped off his leather covers and place the sword on his waist on the table beside the leathers that he adorned on a daily basis. ‘Always neat and orderly as ever,’ Kuroo couldn’t help but think as he stared at Tsukishima do his nightly routine. Kuroo made a soft growling sound and walked up behind Tsukishima, hugging the male from behind and placing his lips against Tsukishima’s neck. It was the sign that Kuroo needed emotional attention and to cool down. Something only Tsukishima could do with ease after all these years of being with the Prince. The knight began to hum a tune, soft and gentle like the night breeze that called out the rain that was now drumming the glass panels with rhythmic beats. As his voice box gently rumbled, Tsukishima skillfully turned around in Kuroo’s arms, hugging the Prince back and stroking his cold hands through spiky hair. Kuroo’s hair finally began to flop back to it’s original position, and Kuroo really didn’t seem to mind at the moment as all he wanted was Tsukishima. No, all he needed was Tsukishima. Kuroo placed his head on Tsukishima’s shoulder, inhaling the unique scent that was could only ever come from the one love of his life. He couldn’t help the pain in his chest that throbbed within, he knew this was going to be the last time they embraced. He knew this will be the last night that Kuroo would be his and only his. He knew, it would end soon. So Tsukishima leaned in to kiss the emotionally wrecked Prince, hands grabbing onto his partner tightly as Kuroo returned the kiss gratefully. Kuroo’s hand teasingly slid down down to hold and squeeze Tsukishima’s ass, making the knight gasp. Kuroo smirked and entered the opening he created for himself. Tsukishima moaned as he rubbed his tongue against Kuroo’s. 'Soft…’ Kuroo twirled his around Tsukishima’s, he still couldn’t get enough of the fluffy soft muscle. It was good. Tsukishima gasped and moaned, breaking the kiss when he felt Kuroo rubbing against his half erection with his thigh. “N-no, don’t… ah!” Kuroo teased on, making the male weak as he trembled, legs giving way. Kuroo ended up supporting him, carrying the male, who was blushing even brighter than a ripe tomato, to the bed. “Kuroo….” Tsukishima gently placed his hand on Kuroo’s cheek, rubbing the soft pale skin. Kuroo leaned in to the touch, two arms supporting his weight as he positioned himself above Tsukishima. It was a warm and gentle touch. He loved it. The calloused skin that rubbed his soft ones gave him a sense of serenity and peace. Even the princess, who they just met, could not possibly replace the male that could rest his anxiety with just a small touch. Tsukishima pushed himself up and kissed the male again, to which Kuroo placed his hand under the back of Tsukishima’s head, making the kiss deeper. Expertly, Tsukishima unbuttoned Kuroo’s shirt, running his hands along the pale skin that he was ogling in the morning. Tsukishima made soft whimpers throughout the kiss, feeling random shivers travel up and down his spine as he arched up slightly, rubbing his flat but muscular tummy against the front of Kuroo’s fabric. Tsukishima was extremely sensitive in the tummy area for some reason, he never knew why, but Tsukishima appreciated it in such times like this. Kuroo moved his hand down, easily slipping under the pristine white blouse and gently gently drawing circles on the sides of Tsukishima’s abdomen. The blonde gasped and moaned, eyes shutting tight as he felt his pants almost immediately grow tighter. It was getting uncomfortable. Tsukishima couldn’t help the thoughts that raced in his mind, 'he doesn’t love you,’ 'he’s just using you now until he can lay his hands on her,’ 'You deserve to be the bitch he wants you to be.’ But that didn’t stop the blonde from continuing. He was desperate for release. 'Just one last time, and I shall take my leave tomorrow.’ Tsukishima mentally promised himself. To be honest, Tsukishima had already requested a three-month leave from his position as head knight to go and find his home country. The request was just granted this afternoon, it was mentioned that Tsukishima should leave in the early wee morning of tomorrow. Kuroo growled, pulling the shirt off Tsukishima’s body and tossing it on the bed. Tsukishima had fogged up eyes that gazed up dazedly at Kuroo’s face. He could hear the sounds of the rain drops knocking down on the glass windows, creating shadows of tiny water droplets that constantly moved around on the walls of the room. Tsukishima wrapped his arms around Kuroo who returned the embrace, raining down kisses on the blonde’s neck and caressing his abdomen. The pleasure stimulated by the touches were similar to tiny electrical pulses zapping at his skin and internal body. He loved it. Tsukishima pushed all thoughts away, aside from pleasure, in his brain, he wasn’t going to let the last night spent with the love of his life be a dull one. If exciting is what he needs, then exciting it would be.

KuroTsuki HQ - The Black Prince and Moon Knight - Part 1
“We should end this,” Tsukishima sighed, rubbing his temples against his cold palms. Kuroo growled, defensive and not giving into this one-sided decision. “We are not ending this relationship,” emphasis was placed on the word ‘not’ as Kuroo paced himself back and forth on the grass patch. Tsukishima looked up, an angry scowl that smudged his beautiful features. “Then what do you expect us to do? Run away and hide in some old village and live our lives as poor farmers? We can’t just run away from our duties and responsibilities like that for christ’s sake!” The blonde ended his part with a scoff, standing up abruptly and walking off to hide under the ancient oak trees that always never failed to grant them cool shade in times of need. It was a scorchingly humid afternoon, and the weather was clearly not helping his current moody state. Kuroo clicked his tongue, hands behind his back as his paces became even more frantic. A sign that Kuroo was really taking it seriously. Kuroo couldn’t help but think of how wonderful it might be if they could live together, regardless of who or what or where they were. His white collar shirt hugged his skin in just the perfect way, fluffing up slightly at his shoulders and wrists to give him a slightly bigger, manly look. Not that he wasn’t already, it was just the fashion norm these days, and he could not fight the fashion norms, for he never did get his fashion right. The strings that tied the front of his shirt up were hanging loosely to the cloth for dear life, exposing more tanned skin than it probably should. Tsukishima could see the tiny droplets of sweat that had been somehow evenly spread out on his chest. It glistened under the burning rays of the sun whenever Kuroo had turned a certain angle. Silence embraced the couple, until Kuroo groaned and relented, dragging his body to where Tsukishima was standing. Kuroo puffed out a sigh, a rather long and loud one that only irritated the knight even more. “I’m the prince.” Tsukishima stared at the ground, he deemed the wild grass to be more worthy of his attention. Kuroo repeated again, “I am the-” Tsukishima cut in, “And what does that mean?” Kuroo swung his head to face his knight, mouth agape. “What do you mean what does it mean, that means you listen to my orders, that’s what!” Kuroo fumed, serious cat-like eyes flickering dangerously wildly. Tsukishima tapped his fingers against the hilt of his sword, slowly turning to shift his weight on his leather-covered shoulder that was resting on the tree trunk. “But, I cannot fight against your King and Queen either, and neither can you.” Tsukishima raised an eye brow, which made Kuroo fume even more as he struggled to fight against a fact. A fact is a fact, and he could not deny it of its existence. Sometimes he wondered why he was even a royal when he hated rules and the like so much. If he was King right now, he’ll sure as hell rather let the country run loose. After all, he knew this kingdom was one of the most subtle, if not, the most subtle homosapiens to ever exist. Even the neighbouring kingdoms weren’t as 'laid back’ as they were, to put it crudely. Kuroo slid to the ground, hands grasping the earth as he tried to gain a grip back on reality. He really was not thinking about how to solve this issue like a civilised righteous human right now. Tsukishima kneeled down beside him, resting his head against Kuroo’s shoulder and instinctively, Kuroo rested the side of his face on Tsukishima’s head. Warm silence embraced them once more, something much appreciated. “But I still think living together as poor Farmers might be a better choice…” Kuroo whispered, to which Tsukishima told him to shut up and brazenly, he pulled Kuroo’s face towards his own, leaning in to kiss the prince, not wanting to actually hear the words from his lips either. They both knew that if Kuroo wanted it to end, that would really be the end, and neither actually wanted that, despite the blonde’s constant nags to the other party to break it up. Just a soft peck on the lips, nothing more. They both knew they could do nothing more than that. Their hands somehow found each other, interlacing and holding onto each other for dear life. A strong grip, one of calloused cold skin, the other soft and warm. A distant bell rang just as they were both settling into the silence that they both greatly needed. “It is time for me to go,” the prince grimaced, “it looks like she is here.” Tsukishima slightly flinched, ever so small an action that went unnoticed to the currently occupied prince. “Come with me.” Kuroo stood up, dusting his pants and grabbing the jacket from the stone chair that was just in front. Tsukishima followed the Prince, bowing as he did so, a command that he reluctantly accepted. “Yes, my prince.” Tsukishima trailed behind Kuroo, taking the jacket from Kuroo’s outstretched hands as he awaited the knight to put it on for him. “My Prince, you are such a baby,” Tsukishima muttered, sliding on the jacket with skill and ease, patting his shoulders a little. Kuroo scoffed, “that’s no way to talk to a prince, knight.” Tsukishima smirked, “but I was never your typical knight now, remember? No one even knows where I came from.” Tsukishima chuckled, but Kuroo did not. “What’s wrong?” Tsukishima asked, not being able to tell Kuroo’s expression as he faced Kuroo’s back. “My Lady,” Kuroo nodded his head at the beautiful lady who stood before the pair. Smooth blonde hair that rested gently on her bare shoulders that showed off skin that glistened from being almost too white. Her face was comparable to the beautiful porcelain dolls that a doll collector would die to have, her big blue eyes shone with grace and gentleness, a few freckles dusted her cheeks which only accentuated her rosy face. Her gown was beyond describable, it seemed to be made by the finest and best tailor on the globe. It fitted her body perfectly, showing off the beautiful curves of her body. Small flowers were sewn on the front of the dress, sparkly cloth flaring out at her wrists. Tsukishima was stunned. He felt like he was seeing an angel. He turned to look at Kuroo, whose face was completely different from the usual face that greeted people. It was then, that he knew he had to take a step back from the man he loved so much. Understanding overcame the Knight as how could a knight, such as him moreover, possibly fight against a princess who was blessed with such beautiful features? Surely only a blind man will take him under their wings. Maybe, even then… Tsukishima gripped his sword tighter, immediately standing down and kneeling on the ground as he greeted the princess. “My Lady, it is a pleasure to meet you.” The lady took small confident steps forward, a gentle smile on her face. “It is a wonderful delight to see the Prince finally! It is such a sunny day today, isn’t it? Ah, pardon the informality, my name is Renalia Chrononia.” The lady boldly inspected the Prince and the knight beside him as Kuroo shrugged on the rest of his jacket. She lifted her hand and added, “Oh yes, you may rise, dear knight.” She pulled her dress a little, making a cute small curtesy to the Prince, who returned it respectfully, “My name is-” The Princess waved him off, rolling her eyes as she said, “Oh I already know who you are, you’re Kuroo Tetsurou, Prince of Nekoma!” Kuroo chuckled, the deep chuckle that sent shivers down Tsukishima’s spine, “I see you did your homework, my Lady.” The Princess smiled, “Oh I always do. It would be disrespectful for me to not do so,” she waved her hand slightly in the air as Tsukishima stood up, already in his stand-by position beside the Prince. Kuroo decided to introduced his knight to the Princess properly, “this is my knight, Tsukishima Kei, he is the only knight I completely trust my life with.” Tsukishima bowed his head once again and the Princess nodded back, “Hm, I see, he looks like a delight to have around.” A hint of sarcasm that went unnoticed to Kuroo who grinned, “he is.” Tsukishima remained platonic. He had closed his feelings, he knew the outcome. He was sure.
