Finally found some legit and good-tasting Kambing dishes in the metro, introducing @kambinganniapong ! We normally see Kalderetang Kambing as the "pambansang" ulam using goat meat but in Kambingan ni Apong, they have a lot to offer! I got to try the recommended dishes and talaga namang katakam-takam itong napili ko: Spicy Adobong Kambing sa Gata, Sisig Kambing, and Kalderetang Kambing. 👉I love the Sisig! Legit, no mayo at lasang lasa ung meat na may timpla na may onting asim ng kalamansi. 👉Another favorite is the Spicy Adobong Kambing sa Gata. Ang rich ng sarsa/sabaw, malasa, malambot din yung meat. Talagang mapapa-kanin ka dito e. 👉Syempre, hindi papahuli ung Kalderetang Kambing. May onting anghang, then masarsa. Need mo din ng kanin dito. Another bestseller to!
