Young Funny Presents Requiem For Black Lives: A Comedy Benefit Show. This show is response to continual onslaught of Police Brutality in this country. Donations will be collected throughout the evening, with all proceeds going to Campaign Zero (http://www.joincampaignzero.org/#action). This event, hosted by Kamari Stevens, will feature Special Guest Speaker Susan Hutson, New Orleans' Independent Police Monitor (http://www.nolaipm.gov/main/inside.php?page=our_mission) for a short Q&A/Presentation as well as comedy from Jon Reaux, Kaitlin Marone, DC PauL, Geneva Joy Hughes, Julie Bootleg Poptart Mitchell, Kyle Smith andBenjamin Hoffman. In times of darkness, it is best to come together and share in the light. We look to raise awareness and funds, while sharing in the communal nature of laughter and we'd love it if you joined us.
