Kamari and Astarion's souls would definitely find each other in other lifetimes... maybe across different worlds, realities and such.
Maybe even in Vyn...
He'd be the one who Kamari would choose to give up her sexy, slutty ways for whenever they'd reunite.
Tav and Gale being "maybe in another life I could've been yours" while Tav and Astarion are simultaneously "in every lifetime i would choose you" is really starting to break me

Some More BG3!Kama/Kamari x Astarion Fluff Notes
Because I’m an oversharing, unoriginal weirdo
Warning: Some notes involving intimate subjects, pregnancy and blood.
More Relationship Notes
Astarion and Kamari discover she is pregnant months after they seek out her family, initially intended as a visit researching a cure for vampirism in nearby villages.  At first the discovery brings both of them joy. However, given Astarion’s condition, the two started to worry about any and all possible complications.
Deep down, Astarion had always had a soft spot for children. Up until then, he had long given up on being able to sire children of his own due to being a vampire spawn. Kamari herself adored children, being the oldest of five siblings. However, despite these desires, they could not help but worry over both mother and child. How was it even possible? Would Kamari be alright both during the pregnancy and after? Would she even survive? What about the child? Would it be healthy and happy? Would it suffer from vampirism like their father? Were they doomed to hunger and darkness before drawing their first breath?
Astarion in particular became more anxious as the months passed. Though everything seemed to be alright and despite assurances from both Kamari and her family, Astarion feared desperately for her life and that of their child. So much so that since the first couple weeks of them finding out, he refused to feed on her blood, terrified that he would compromise the health of both her and the baby. Instead, he chose to feed on beasts and at first he was content. After all, it meant avoiding any complications and keeping his family safe. But his diet of animal blood was not sustainable. While his hunger was sated, he was becoming listless and depressed. His longing for Kamari’s blood lingered, and with each month her belly grew, the scent of her blood flourished and flooded his senses, smelling so sweet, rich and enticing - more than ever before.
At one point, during her third trimester, Astarion could no longer withstand being around Kamari. Terrified that his ravenous hunger for her blood would lead him to harm her and their unborn child, he attempted to flee her family home, planning to hide himself in the woods of one of the villages nearby.
Kamari confronted him just as he was attempting to leave. The couple argued, her begging him to stay and him insisting he was a danger to her and the baby. Eventually, during a lull in the crying and shouting, Kamari reached for a knife from the kitchen counter. Before Astarion or anyone present could react and stop her, she sliced her palm open. She held out her hand to him, urging him to feed. Astarion called her mad, yet Kamari begged him to drink from her. She knows he’s been abstaining himself from her blood for both her sake and their child, but she herself can no longer bear to allow himself to suffer any longer.
At first Astarion refused, fearful he would lose control over himself and hurt her the moment he tasted her. Kamari argued that he is already hurting her, causing her - a mother-to-be - distress by tormenting himself with hunger. At her pleas, Astarion gives in, returning to her embrace. He reluctantly drinks the blood from her hand. To his tearful relief, the hunger within his belly is sated almost instantly. Upon licking her palm clean, he also finds himself without needing more.
The blood of a pregnant Kamari - as turns out - is particularly rich and heavy for a vampire spawn. So much so that the amount fed from the self-inflicted wound in her palm was enough to stave off Astarion’s hunger a fair bit longer than they were accustomed too. While it did not extend the protection from the sun he would normally receive from her blood, this new development was an immense relief all the same, allowing him to remain at her side.

Scribblin' some short post-game fluff between Astarion and my PC / OC Kama.
Might make it a comic one day.
---
“We'll find a way.”
That's what she said that day, a moon or two ago.
Much has happened since. The others have left to address their own affairs, with parting words promising reunions in the future.
They, on the other hand, decided to stay together. It was always the plan. She had a family to return to - family who were likely worried sick over her sudden lack of news, and he…?
Well, there was nowhere else he’d rather be than with her.
It had been a long day of traveling. They lay there side by side, together on the single remaining bed in the inn.
Him in his usual dress shirt and pants. Her in just her blouse and underwear.
It was the middle of the night when he woke her.
A nightmare. Of the sun. Of the return of his… vulnerabilities.
He felt a strangled cry escape his lips as burning memories crawled over his skin.
“Astarion… Astarion!”
She rescued him, gently shaking him awake.
“Kama…”
Ivory blonde tresses hung over him. Weary, worried eyes of night and gold gazed with urgency into his, glimmering faintly from the nearby candlelight.
“I…I'm sorry, love,” he managed, smothering his face with his hands. “I didn't mean to disturb you.”
“It's alright, Astarion,” she soothed, tugging his hands away so he could see her sincerity. “You have nothing to be sorry for.”
They lay there silently as he calmed down. She held him, stroked his hair.
Gentle reminders that she was still - and always will be - by his side.
“Astarion?”
“Hmm?”
She reached for his hands, clasping them within her own. Her warm, olive skin brought comfort to his anxious, chilled fingers, spreading her balming presence throughout the rest of him.
“We will figure something out," she said, after a while. “You won't need to hide in the shadows forever.”
She gave his hands a gentle squeeze.
“One day you will be able to walk freely under the sun.”
Their eyes met.
“No longer fear its light. To be able to bask in its warmth.”
She caressed his cheek before pulling him into an embrace. Foreheads touched. Her fingers lightly brushing his hair at the back of his neck.
“That day will come, Astarion.”
Her hand began to slow. Eyes fluttering. Her voice was drifting into slumber.
“I promise.”
Though she could not see it, he smiled.
“I know.” He murmured, lips brushing her brow.
'It already has.'

Some BG3!Kama/Kamari x Astarion Fluff Notes
Because I'm an oversharing weirdo
Warning: Some notes involving intimate subjects and blood.
Relationship Notes
Unlike in-game, Kamari and Astarion were not intimate for some time despite his attempts to seduce her. Each attempt was met with polite redirection, often to just allow him to feed after noticing his weariness, and simply engaging in idle chatter regarding the days ahead. Kamari did not expect anything in return and sensed his affections were shallow, so she was wary. She was attracted to him, but did not appreciate him treating her like she was ignorant of his motives (though his motives were not entirely clear to her, which further made her wary of his advances).
One night early in their friendship, Kamari pondered curiously about the taste of Astarion's blood. Curious himself on what her response would be, Astarion allowed her a taste from a finger he punctured with his fangs. At first to Kamari, it simply tasted like chilled blood, tingling on her tongue before dissolving. To Astarion, however, he found himself able to pick up on Kamari's emotional state, allowing him a means of further manipulating her, even though he has been unsuccessful in seducing her. However, as their relationship develops, Astarion finds himself falling for Kamari, moreso when she often comes to his defense. His guilt over trying to manipulate her causes him to become more honest with her. Before approaching Moonrise, he tells her everything, including being able to sense her own private feelings. He apologizes to her, and it is only then that their relationship becomes romantic and intimate.
Both enjoy each other's body temperature, even while not being sexually intimate. Kamari runs naturally warm while Astarion is cool, and one often seeks the other for comfort. Upon them becoming more intimate and trusting in one another, Astarion  and Kamari would share a bed to soothe one another in their slumber, even whilst not engaging in sexual acts.
Every month after they start becoming intimate, Astarion eagerly indulges himself in the blood from Kamari's moon sickness. While he still appreciates the taste of and being able to feed on the blood from other parts of her body (mainly her neck and wrists), he finds the blood that comes from her time of the month to be the most rich and decadent, noting it being the difference between fruit juice and finely aged wine. It also gives him the sensations of being drunk and aroused, like a strong vintage and aphrodisiac combined into one. This feast for Astarion, of course, is followed immediately by copious amounts of sex, which he and Kamari both thoroughly enjoy despite the bloody mess.
As the relationship develops, Astarion has noted that his cooler body is able to provide Kamari relief in the weeks leading up to and during her moon sickness, as her internal temperature becomes uncomfortably warm for her liking. Able to sense her pain and distress, he often joins her in her bedroll while she attempts to sleep off her symptoms in order to help ease her pain.
Upon losing his immunity to sunlight, Astarion discovers with Kamari that he can regain temporary protection by consuming her blood. Through experiments conducted together, they determine a usual feeding from her allows him full protection for roughly two to four hours with an additional hour of it gradually wearing out before dissipating completely. While this is not a permanent solution, it provides Astarion some comfort until they find one.
As their search continues, there are times when their prospects are bleak and it wears them down emotionally. While the disappointments sadden Astarion, he has grown accustomed to them, given he has already had to live two hundred years in the shadows prior to meeting her. What surprised him, however, was Kamari's depressed moods during those hopeless times, as she felt disappointed in herself and more upset than he did at being unable to find him a cure. Sensing this, Astarion finds himself loving her more, expressing that even if they never find a solution, he will be fine as long as she, his beloved Sunlight, remains at his side.

Some BG3!Kama/Kamari related notes
Here are some notes I've scribbled down already for the Baldur's Gate AU version of Kama/Kamari (the name of my Tav/DUrge). I've also included related notes for this AU's version of my Aphros!Vyn/Enderal headcanons, particularly for Maera, Jespar and Tharaêl. Please note that while there is primarily backstory stuff, there will be some DUrge specific spoilers. Enjoy
Headcanons
While the family tree for BG!Kamari (an AU version of Aphros!Kamari) is more or less the same, all the characters are entirely separate from their contemporary Vyn/Aphros counterparts.
The only thing carried over from Aphros is that BG!Kamari is still a shard of a sundered Eos!Azem (of FF14 origins), and thus possesses some power from that ancient and primordial soul (both the good and bad).
For example, Kamari’s body possesses traces of Radiant energy. If she chooses to harness it to augment herself in the field, it would be at the cost of her physical and mental endurance (which can still be trained though nonetheless much more stressful for her).
In timelines where Eos’ powers become more active, there are a number of additional side effects on Kamari’s mortal form.
Most visibly, Kamari’s eyes turn permanently from her birth green/blue to the yellow/purple of Eos. This shift at a young age was her parents’ first clue that something was unusual (and likely involved Bhaal)
More unfamiliar voices and figures in her head/dreams/nightmares (various parties vie for control; Eos, Bhaal, to name a couple…), though through her family she is able to cope growing up.
The ability to call out to companions and loved ones in her time of need (though not the ability to summon them to her, like that of Azem or her Warrior of Light incarnation).
Family
Maera, Kamari’s mother and a Druid of the Land, is the Bhaalspawn in the family, having inherited it from her parents (though which parent is unclear, as there was infidelity and her parentage is unclear).
This means Kamari, her brother and half-siblings all have traces of Bhaal’s power within them. However, Kamari, being the firstborn, has the lion’s share.
Maera has managed to grow up and live her life without giving into her dark nature, largely thanks to serving both Silvanus and Selûne as a druid. Her services as a traveling healer has granted her blessings from both gods, protecting her from Bhaal’s influence.
Jespar is Kamari’s loving father, a former rogue who also moonlit as a tavern bard. He met Maera after getting caught up in a brawl between her, Tharaêl, and some Harpers seeking Maera due to her rumored origins.
Tharaêl is a werewolf, former arena fighter and assassin turned mercenary. He met Maera after becoming severely injured from a job, and she saved his life, after which he remained at her side. He is both Kamari’s godfather and father of her half-siblings (in the timelines where they are born)
The Three Different Origins/Timelines for Kamari:
Tav!Kamari (Druid)
Kamari’s Bhaalspawn nature never awakens, and Eos’ powers never activate. Her eyes remain green and blue from her mother and father respectively, and upon reaching adulthood decides to take up adventuring, eventually finding herself at Baldur’s Gate. While still very much like her father, she preferred the druidic arts like her mother, but as a Druid of the Moon.
DarkUrge!Kamari (Rogue, Bard)
Kamari’s Bhaalspawn nature awakens, and Eos’ power activates to help her maintain control against as much of her urge as possible, though can fail through periods of immense stress, despair, or anger. Any lethal outbursts are mitigated by her family, siblings included.
Maera is never discovered and thus hunted for being a Bhaalspawn, the family survives and flourishes during Kamari’s childhood and youth. Though Kamari eventually goes through a rebellious stage in her teenage years, frustrated at her parents’ constant need to coddle and shelter her and her siblings. She runs away to Baldur’s Gate to get away from them, working for the Guild before falling into the Cult of Bhaal.
Slayer!Kamari (Rogue, Fighter)
Kamari’s Bhaalspawn nature awakens, and Eos’ power activates to help her maintain control against as much of her urge as possible, though can fail through periods of immense stress, despair, or anger.  Any lethal outbursts are mitigated by her parents and godfather.
Maera is discovered to be a Bhaalspawn and becomes hunted, and none of Kamari’s siblings have the chance to be born. Both Maera and Jespar are killed trying to protect Kamari as a young girl, who is then taken into Tharaêl’s protection. Years later when she is a teen, he is also killed protecting Kamari when bounty hunters catch up to them. She flees to Baldur’s Gate to hide, and is recruited into the Cult of Bhaal after she successfully manages to slaughter her pursuers.

Dark Urge Kama/Kamari musings
I really want to make DUrge!Kama/Kamari ...
(Warning: Some BG3 DUrge spoilers ahead along with some Vyn/Aphros pullovers)
... the granddaughter or a great-granddaughter of Bhaal, rather than just his daughter/Bhaalspawn. The reason being I want to make a BG3!AU for my Vyn/Aphros OT3 (Jespar, Maera, Tharael) and the whole family (Kama/Kamari's siblings), or whole cast even with Calia and other OCs. But I'm not all that familiar with D&D lore or the timing between the various BG games since I never played the others so I have no idea if I'm allowed since I dunno if the timings would be right.
At the moment, I'm thinking Jespar and Maera, Kama's parents, would each be half-elves (High Elf and Wood Elf respectively), with the Bhaalspawn bloodline coming from Maera's side since her Vyn!verse equivalent has some darker family histories. But this also means all her siblings are descendants of Bhaal as well. I'm hoping it can work where the bloodlust and whatnot would either be all weakened or muted within them, whereas for Kama it's quite prominent? Perhaps strongest due to her being born first? It is also what has her eyes develop into Azem!Eos' yellow and purple (while originally green and blue), like something unexpected has developed. Hmm...

Headcanons and Reworking...
... Aphros... ...Sort of? Quite a bit? I don't know. I still really want to play around with and within it, but among other IRL stuff getting in the way, I am unhappy about how I handled the story so far and some elements of the world/plot as I have it already published online (on AO3 and here), and I cannot be bothered to go back rework chapters. For example...
Instead of Maera, one and/or both of my old lady OCs - Laches and Aisa - own one and/or both the Market and Noble Quarter houses in Ark, among other locations, using a magical basement that connects them all (like that one mod on Nexus). They just let Maera live in/use them at some point because they never really did themselves (plus potential foreseeing her need when she begins her life in Enderal).
Stuff like that. I also have additional headcanons that I just have stewing in my brain and not sure where to share it. I guess I can still post them here arbitrarily because where else? For example:
The Veiled Woman's phase with Kadath is like a child playing around with their first experience world building
FF14/Etheirys' aetheric magic system is present in Vyn alongside the established reality-bending/dimensionalist magic system, but cannot be utilized by most arcanists. Fleshless and emissaries, however, can due to the density of their aether/life energy or "nature of their aura". Also, aethertye teleportation is a thing, but like the magic system, only usable via a very tiny amount of aetheric practitioners, like Laches and Aisa.
Because Maera began ghosting the Order shortly after her trial, she obviously could not access any of their resources or books to help her learn about magic. To help her, Jespar used his Sublime status to access Arcane tomes from the Ark Library, withdrawing the books for Maera to study.
Over time after becoming a werewolf, Tharaêl can sense the mood of others based on scent and how they shift, particularly those he's usually around like Maera and Jespar. Post-Qyra when Maera regains the ability to bear children, he is able to notice changes in her monthly cycle, and gets...affected by them himself. Also in general (shortly after becoming permanently afflicted by lycanthropy), he has wolfish canines in his teeth even when he's not transformed.
Ya know, brain wyrms like that. Should I just do this? Just share my dumb headcanons? I already did that during my BG3 phase with my Tav/Durge!Kamari so...
