Pizza night! Life is busy. I love cooking outside on my grills and avoid the kitchen as much as possible. I also like quick and convenient. Tonight, I picked up some premade crusts from @hyvee and all the toppings. We made a total of five pizzas that were customized to the person eating it. The Golden Home thin pizza crusts from @hyvee are bomb. We also used some @bobolipizza mini crusts. I think those have been around since I was a kid. Haha. Pizza night on the @kamadojoe! Our ingredients tonight included pepperoni, black olives, mushrooms, onion, jalapeños, oregano, red pepper flake and mozzarella cheese. The dough was some I made from scratch using 00 flour that was then frozen. I haven’t made any pizzas on a Kamado in quite awhile.
