❝ ━ do i seem ungrateful to all that you have granted me, venti? are you displeased with me ? ❞ there's a brief seriousness to his tone, before he snorts into his cup, letting his elbows rest on the table. poor manners it might be, but this is his third drink, and it settles warmly in his belly. ❝ ━ i've been granted the freedom to wallow in my choices and my losses. ❞ laughter leaves him, a humored grin curling across his flushed features. kaeya chooses not to take himself to serious, nor will he take venti serious, simply because he doesn't want such a thing to ruin the taste of his drink.
