Fantasy Sport Is Going To Be Huge In India.
Fantasy sports has been around for a while now. Fans who have invested hours watching their team play absolutely love to test their knowledge of their favorite sport. It involves careful analysis on behalf of the player to choose the right [real life] players for the right games. If the chosen team performs on the day, the fantasy player gets points and is ranked among other fantasy players and prize money is distributed among the highest ranked players. Exciting.
There are more than 50 million fantasy sport players in the US and Canada. By 2017, there were 40 million fantasy sport players in India and by the end 2019 there will be about a 100 million fantasy sport players in India (According to a IFSG report, 2 out of 3 Indian sport fans know what fantasy sports is) especially because of the ICC World Cup this year.
The market is projected to touch $5 billion in the next two years (i.e. 2021) and new companies are jumping at this huge opportunity with now 70 platforms available for fantasy sport gaming in India.
One of India's fastest rising fantasy sports gaming platform is Funtush11. Funtush11 lets you build your team of 11 players and participate in different contests, offering you a chance to test your skills and also make some cash while you're at it. You can play fantasy cricket, football and even kabaddi on their website or mobile application with participation fees as little as ₹10 (you get ₹100 on signing up). Funtush11 also have their own blog that goes by the name Khel Gyan (which translates to knowledge of the game) where they offer news related to cricket, football and kabaddi and also offers game predictions which are put forth after careful analysis of each game. It really doesn't get better than this.

Sports
Sports; An ultimate pleasure. This includes all kinds of activities for different kinds of people. Sports is not just a game anymore, over the time, sports turned out to be a medium of connection between the two teams and the people they represent. Sports is the emotion through which most of the people express their desire towards life, it makes any individual Master of Discipline and Self-virtue.
Till date there are more than Hundreds of sports recorded, which felicitates matches between single contestants, to even hundreds of simultaneous participants, who are competing either in teams or as individuals, mainly associated with physical athleticism. There are several governing bodies and authorities who practice, participate and organize all and different kinds of sports in order to maintain it’s sanity and fuel Ever-growing Sports communities all around the world. This organization includes FIFA for Football, Olympics for Mix Sports, ICC for Cricket, NBA for Basketball and many more. All these organizations are responsible for maintaining the equilibrium of Sports throughout the world. The global sporting industry was worth up to $620 billion as of 2013, and is expected to grow exponentially over the course of time.
There is not substantial evidence which suggests when sports actually began. However, it has been found that it was present as early as 2000 BC. History indicates  that the  culture of Gymnasium, Swimming, Fishing, Martial Arts, and Wrestling runs way back in time. Till date, no other sport has been declared old enough except the mentioned ones. It is believed that a significant number of Sports originated from Ancient Greece, it became a prominent culture back then leading them to creation of Olympics, which then held every four years in the village of Olympia.
Today Sport is a means to education and connection of like-minded individuals. In the past few years, sports emerged out to be the which reduces crime, as well as helps to prevent violent extremism and radicalization, it has been widespread, especially as a tool to improve self-esteem, enhance bonds and provide participants with a feeling of purpose and definition of life. Despite being of great importance, there is least subsidy and interest in sports when it comes to individual perception. Even though sportsmen around the world keep on inspiring youth to excel in life, not all who are interested turn up for it. Some decides to take it on as a career, the rest are afraid of the possibility of failing in life. The sole reason for this is the mind-set settled and passed on from generations, If you play a sport, you will ruin your life. How is this not hypocrisy? Let’s take a look at some of the sportsmen & sportswomen;
Sachin Tendulkar (Cricket): 10.9 Billion INR
Virat Kohli (Cricket): 2.28 Billion INR
Sania Mirza (Tennis): 280 Million INR
Sunil Chhetri (Football): 41 Million INR
Indian Government and authorities are continuously working towards betterment of Sports in the country. Different championships & tournaments are organized at regular intervals throughout the year to keep up the spirit of Sports in India. Not only Cricket, India is now in line to best Hockey, Kabaddi, Football, Volleyball and many more, primary goal is to produce the best of sportsmen in all forms of sports, not only in Cricket. However, Indian Cricket is quite accomplished with players who are turning out to be youth icons. Sports has the power to bring out the best in you, it helps you achieve self-control and dependency, it leads you to turn into a skilful leader and team player. Well, monetary value is not the only thing that sports offer, numerous athletes in India are awarded with very prestigious awards like Padma Bhushan, Padma Shri, Raji Gandhi Khel Ratan award,  Dhyan Chand award, Arjuna award and many more. Sports will bring you the respect of the entire nation, the love of entire communities and what not.
To sum up, Sports should be appreciated and every household specifically in India, must promote Sports and youth should be given all the chances they deserve.

Famous Personalities Of India Like Devendra Jhajharia
Devendra Jhajharia is a talented and dedicated athlete who is a javelin thrower and he has made a world record in his first go when he threw for 62.15 meters. This is not it, he even won another gold medal in the Paralympic and he became the first Indian athlete to achieve two gold medals. His new record is 63.7 meters that he made after breaking his record of 62.15 meters.
Tumblr media
Devendra was born on 10th June 1981 in the Churu district of Rajasthan, India. His father Ram Singh is a farmer and his mother Jivani Devi is a homemaker. In 2007, He got married to a national-level kabaddi player Manju Jhajharia who is the biggest support system for him during all his tough times. In Devendra's childhood, there was an incident due to which he lost his left hand. It happened when he was just eight years old and he was trying to climb a tree and by mistake, he touched an electrical cable of 11,000 volts. Everyone gathered there and Devendra was unconscious by then, villagers declared him dead. He was taken to the hospital where he gained his conscious back but his left hand was burnt till then and doctors had to amputate his left hand.
“The normal kids did not want to play with me so I took up a sport and decided to do better than them.” - Devendra Jhajharia
Devendra did not let his disability come in his way of sports even he was thriving in it day by day. He used to take part in his school events and used to win a lot of prizes as well. In 1997, he was participating in one of his school events and coach R.D. Singh was present there he noticed his amazing talent and decided to train him for the bigger level competitions. This training was so helpful for him to enhance his talent and to do something big in the sports world. In sports, we have an F46 classification which is a platform for athletes with disabilities to showcase their talent and skills. He decided to take part in national level games when he won a district-level championship. Devendra's international journey was started in 2002 when he won a gold medal at the Far East and South Pacific Games held at South Korea, he was just 21 then. In 2008 and 2012 he tried to enter Paralympics games but his category wasn't included. These years came with disappointment for him. His wife always supported him and stood with him to give him the motivation that he needed to keep trying. In 2013 he participated in IPC World Championship at Lyon and continued his streak for winning gold. In 2014, Devendra took part in Asian Para Games in Incheon, Korea and grabbed another silver medal. IPC World Championship was back by then in Doha, Qatar in the year 2015 and it brought him another silver medal.
Finally, In 2016 he created history when he participated in Rio Paralympics and his first attempt he won gold and also became the famous athlete to represent India in Rio. Devendra created a world record of 63.97 meters by breaking his previous record of 62.15 meters. For this Paralympics Devendra was working very hard. Before the games, he took training for a few months at Kuortane. Devendra was also awarded the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award for his amazing performance in Rio. Devendra is also a part of the Target Olympic Podium Scheme (TOPS). There is a Gosport foundation that helped Devendra in its para champion program. They provided him equipment for Javelin that used to break a lot of times while playing or practicing and that equipment is pretty expensive. Devendra used to work with Indian Railways earlier and now he is working with the Sports Authority of India. He also wants to train the upcoming para-athletes as he dreams of a better recognition for athletes like him. He has also appeared in the famous TV show Comedy Nights with Kapil with his family. List of Devendra's achievement is not less he has also received Arjuna Award in 2004 and Padma Shri award in 2012.
Devendra has proved that disability is just a state of mind. He showed his hard work and dedication to achieve the recognition that he deserved. He also wants other para-athletes to get the recognition that they deserve, he wants that they should get at least some attention and recognition as a normal athlete gets.
