Here's an archive of jp exclusive themes (fair warning it's super long) cuz i caught a glimpse of more ososan themes besides the sanrio collection at around the 0995-0997 area. ctrl + f will be your best friend since it's a google drive and there isn't a real search function. i think there's like a choukei matsuinu theme maybe i don't know

if you're also wondering where to get started w hacking your 3ds you can go here! i found it very straightforward and easy to follow, it's kind of a long process but tbh it's super worth it at the end. make sure you have enough space on your sd card! mine is 32gb, which is the max sd card a 3ds can handle afaik. i got one for about $8 on amazon.
