Hello lovelies! I’m Liz and strong independent women (and the men who love them) is my fandom calling card. I’m a multi fandom enjoyer, but am very much back in the comforting embrace of period dramas at the moment.

I am a new gif maker and sometimes writer and am so glad you have stumbled into my little corner of the internet.

More about me, if you’re curious: I’m a weird horse girl, I love period clothing but am only just beginning to truly learn about it, my book tastes are varied, but rarely do I venture into the non-fiction genre. I have a thing for the 19th and early 20th century but please don’t look to me for a history lesson, I’m a staunch supporter of a good glass of wine any day of the week, I don’t enjoy cut flowers but love house plants, I have a soft spot for happy endings, and I fit the bill as a nostalgic millennial.

Fuck OCD.

I've noticed that my OCD kicks in a lot worse when I'm obsessing about my weight or food. I almost always obsess about my weight and that makes my anxiety act up and when my anxiety is high it makes my OCD worse. Sometimes when I'm thinking about my weight it makes my OCD worse and my OCD will cause my anxiety to act up. Either way I end up feeling horrible until I get my med's and they've kicked in. I hate having to take them because it can be extremely addictive and I'm trying to kick the drugs (I have a tendency to become addicted to things pretty fast). I figure I'm probably harming my body enough with all this fasting and days without sleep. My legs feel so uneven. I have to keep tapping them and tensing up my muscles so they will feel even. It's a beat that has to constantly be played back and forth. It's driving me crazy! My teeth also feel uneven. I have to tap my tongue against each side of my bottom teeth or my teeth could fall out. Pop an Ativan. I'll soon forget everything... End of my rant. Sorry, It's been a rough couple of days.
