Someone needs to write a spinoff where the guy who's dog got stolen goes on a vengeance fueled bloodbath - beloved Carry On characters bodies strewn across the fic - until he lands out in California where - plot twist - he falls in love with Ginger and they raise the dog happily ever after.

Lucy the dog gets returned to her rightful owner because THAT DOG WAS DEFINITELY CHIPPED I feel like Shepard hears the story of how she was acquired (stolen) and forces them to return her (or go whatever route you want i just want Lucy returned okay)
