#i#cannot#BELIEVE#i noticed that my appetite has improved a fuckton over the last few days#just to get smacked w 5 extra lbs while taking vitals today#I've been dropping weight nearly uncontrollably for fucking years#last few months have been especially terrible#and now after ONE WEEK of an iron infusion... this#im shocked...stunned#and ready to finish round 2 😤😤#hotmess#can't overstate how desperately ive been wanting and needing to put on weight!!!
