#sasha speaks#just microwaved a cha siu bao. perfect#sure i Could have had a bowl of cereal but i didn't want something cold and sweet this morning#also it takes More Steps.#grab cereal > grab yogurt from fridge > grab honey > put yogurt in bowl > put honey in bowl > mix > add cereal > put everything away#> eat > wash bowl and spoon#frozen cha siu bao?#grab from freezer > wrap in damp paper towel > microwave 1 min > eat. done#my effort is being spent on selecting which tea to drink and brewing it. so food that requires approximately no effort is great
