i was thinking… i bet claire makes a lot of jokes about being an ivf baby. that’s so cool. to her, i mean. it’s the claire thing. her fun fact. five minutes after meeting you she is telling you about it. she was not born out of intercourse but a second more mysterious thing (lab experiment). but then i thought again. do we think she knows she’s an ivf baby? do you think her parents told her that? lmao. i’m leaning towards “no”.

#like part of me wants to say that yeah maybe because then i could rework somethings and have it so that’s the reason why she got interested #in biology. knocking on her parents’ bedroom door makeeee meee a sisterrrr #but also like idk if her parents would’ve told her about it. i don’t see either of them telling her about it even in passing #maybe when claire is an adult and her mother says it in passing just like her autism diagnosis. and she’s like what #i need to think how shameful would it be for them to tell claire (and people) that she was not conceived ‘normally’#just how shameful her diagnosis would’ve been. and stuff. baby theyre catholics
