i like to think buck's "my own boyfriend wont even kiss me" line stemmed from some initial hesitancy tommy wouldve shown if he went in to kiss buck and instinctually reached in to cup his cheek or clasp his chin for the kiss, before he realized he had to be mindful of his boyfriend's very active and severe skin condition. and buck being buck read that as tommy being grossed out by him a little. but was still being offered kisses, just not very tactile ones atm, so he couldn't be completely miffed about it
