Im full of rage but some phone call etiquette tips before i etiquit:
1. Who the fuck are you.
When you make a phone call, usually it is best to start with introducing yourself. After providing your name, You may or may not pause at this moment for the other person to acknowledge, provide their name, or ask your intent, or you may in the same breath continue with stating the purpose of your call.
2. Why the fuck are you calling
After a brief and concise introduction, it is usually best to follow up with a similarly concise reason as to why you have made this phone call. Some examples may include: such why you are calling, on whos behalf you are calling, to whom you may wish to speak to, and regarding what. You may also include the fact that you may need help/assistance with an issue you do not understand so that you and other person on the line may have grounds to begin addressing it.
3. Don't be rude you fuck.
While speaking over the phone, communication may be much closer to the intendeds ear than when speaking in person. For the best reciprocated response to help with your reason for calling, please refrain from the following: yelling, raising your voice, eatting or chewing, coughing, sneezing, or breathing directly into the reciever. Addionally some background noises such as music and videos may not be as quiet as you think. Sometimes, silence is okay.
4. You're human you fuck.
If at any point during the call you need time to think, may have spaced, or are panicing, you can at any point say "sorry, I need a moment" "oh excuse me a moment I need to check something" or some variation. "Let me review something or take a moment to think" as well as "I'm confused/lost and may need some clarification" as humans, we are learning all the time and thats good.
